has anyone here ever dropped their phone in the apple leather case? i just ask because of all the cases i have gotten "so far, kms" it is the sleekest and easiest to grip. though it doesn't seem like it will provide great protection if (g*d forbid) i drop it. i have a mous, synthesis and the apple leather and i'm liking the apple the best. i can easily hold the 14pm one handed securely, which i can’t do with the mous.
on a side note i ordered a cyrill case that should get here either tomorrow or monday. i had a case from them for my 12pm and really liked the fit and the buttons. they are also based out of a town right near me so i feel like i'm kinda supporting a local company. i will share my thoughts once i get it.

I’m a real klutz. I’ve dropped my phones in the Apple leather cases a number of times on tile floors, garage floors and parking lots. While it’s scuffed up the leather, my phones have never even gotten a scratch.
Yes. iPhone 14 Pro Max (for work). Still have my iPhone 13 Pro Max from last year, personal phone.
Thanks for posting pics! Technically Tee posted his video review yesterday I believe - just watched it today. The differences between the two cases seem really small. I’ll probably end up returning the Sheath if the Synthesis lives up to the hype. Then wait and see what Phone Rebel does.
I was all set on using my Clear bumper today along with the glass back protector, but Amazon sent me an email that the glass back protector was damaged during shipping, so they sent it back and refunded me. I placed another order with a delivery date of 10/4. Now I have to keep using the Totallee case until then.
Any thin TPU/soft/flexible MagSafe cases? Clear or frosted ideally.
I don’t like hard and snap on cases, and my ESR case was a shockingly good cheap buy but it’s thick for me.

Looks nice. I have a Moshi clear case coming that has an aluminum lens protector like this built in. I’ll post some pics when I get it.
Looks nice — have you seen or tried the Lumen from Otterbox? I’ve got this coming next month — wondering if it will be rigid or have the same flex as the Figura.
Has anyone tried the defender xt clear ? If so how is the fit and does alot of dust get under the back
I am loving this case, been using Otterbox for years and this might be my favorite one, great grip, very protective yet thin compared to other Otterbox cases and the MagSafe magnets are nice and strong
I haven't tried the Apple leather cases, but I do have the Nomad Modern Leather for my iPhone 14 Pro. I'm not a fan of it this year. My buttons aren't great, when I press them, you can feel the button material rub against the case TPE bumper. Not premium feeling at all.
Wait so the back of the black XT is not that hard type of plastic that scratches just by looking at it ??? My Best Buy only had the clear xt and I love the material the sides are made from , but still not sure if it will collect dust
I had something similar but it was clear and I was *gasp* peer pressured into taking it off because the lenses just look stunning on their own.
Mine was dropped the other day and had some significant scuffing on a couple of the corners. Hopefully it heals up; I feel like they’ll get less hand time due to the sheer size of the PM.
I really liked the ML from Nomad last year. Everything was tight and it looked great doing what it does, which is nice leather with a TPU bumper.
That said, Apple’s leather has always been, and likely will remain for at least this year, my favorite feeling and looking case.
The black is reminiscent of the Symmetry. Smooth with a little texture.
