The soft case is still too bulky to me. It feel just like the cheap cases on Amazon. It’s also TPU, so it’s going to turn yellow eventually. It’s no point wasting $30+ on a clear case that will turn yellow.
I’m using the hard clear case and it’s awesome. Love the feel. And it’s super clear. If it turns yellow well then I’ll have to deal with totallee on that. Initial thoughts are very positive.

Just received my Totallee cases and wow. I would be so disappointed in these if i wasn’t too busy laughing at myself for buying these. The hard clear case is so foggy that it makes the deep purple look like a milky gray, and it has some weird distortion at the bottom that makes a cone appear in the light.

The soft one is the same as an $8 amazon case i got. If getting a cheap clear case from a chinese wholesale factory and putting it in fancy packaging is all it takes to run a case business, count me in. Will be returning these immediately, may just be the worst $80 ive spent.

I was disappointed with Totalee's offerings last year. I was also disappointed with the Caudabe ultra thin case which they changed and made so slippery. Any ultra this case recommendations?

I didn’t like neither of them either. Totallee refunded me for one of the cases, as I decided to keep the soft case. I settled on Caudabe Lucid Clear which I’m waiting for to ship out. For the moment I’m using a clear bumper off Amazon and a glass back. I love how thin this combo feel. I just have to be a little extra protective since there’s no back on this bumper.

I don’t understand how the Sheath is slippery to some people. To me it’s always been a great grippy case and I definitely don’t think the Apple Leather is any grippier. I own both by the way and love them both.
Yeah, I was surprised as most of the reviews said the grip was amazing…..but it is not to me. I have dry hands which may be a part of the problem. I think if my hands were sweaty the grip would be better (for me). Other than the slipperines, the case is great and nice looking!

Just found the best silicone case for me. Made by some random company called CordKing. It has nice feel and grip, with buttons that all press nicely. It comes with 2 screen protectors, 2 camera lens protectors, and even 2 fun stickers. See here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...75b05b682e4c7&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl

I’m very satisfied especially since it comes in the color I really wanted - white!

Edit: only downside is this is not MagSafe compatible. I don’t really use it so doesn’t bother me too much.

For every day use, im using the symmetry. If I need something more protective- the defender pro xt is it. The xt does have back branding while the symmetry doesnt

Thanks man. I will likely pick one up if I can get a sale on it.

Anyone with the Spigen ultra hybrid notice the magsafe ring is slightly raised on the inside? Could that cause any marks on the phone?

Same here. Really the only thing saving it for me is my MagSafe wallet that I’ve been using since it has a loop for my finger. Otherwise it’s not terribly grippy on my Max. Wondering if the Synthesis will do it for me.

Have some case updates here. Most are of a bumper case I just received, one of the few available. It’s pretty good, but there’s one big problem you can see in the photos: it prevents the attachment of the MagSafe wallet I bought. (I also have the Apple leather wallet, and while narrower it’s still too wide for the plastic bumpers.) It’s a shame since the bumper is minimal, protective and allows direct contact with the phone.

There’s also a photo of the damage the Apple leather case took after it hit the ground in a bee-related incident. It’s a nice case but too thick for my tastes, so I planned on returning it. Guess I’ll be keeping it instead!

Later this afternoon I should be getting the 600D Pitaka MagSafe case delivered. Really looking forward to trying it out, I’ll post some more pics and my impressions.
