Looks sharp! I’m sure this was asked & answered elsewhere, but is midnight leather this year different from last year? I had one for 13PM and it was very slightly blue; wasn’t black. Is it black this year?
None. I keep checking their IG and homepage, but I have not seen anything pop
They posted up the orange ultra buttons for sale, so hopefully they dont take long to to Do the same with the case. Im sure they would have updated their instagram stories with a video of all the boxes arriving if they actually got them today

It is still almost, kinda black with a slight tinge of navy blue

Not entirely black, it's definitely a very dark blue. I have a black leather case for my older IPhone 12 Pro, which is truly black.

I used to go caseless — for my whole iPhone-owning history, in fact, until I started using Pro Max models. At that point it seemed impossible to wrangle this giant heavy steel-and-glass beast without the comforting grip of a case.
This year I'm downscaling to a non-Max Pro, and I'm tempted to go back to my naked-phone ways. Only I've gotten accustomed to having a MagSafe wallet (Apple, leather, black) — so I think I'm going to try carrying my space black iPhone around with just the wallet attached, which should provide a sort of pad to rest on. If that still feels dicey, I'll add an Apple leather case in, I assume, midnight, to keep everything matched up.
Here’s a pic of mine in the sun. Almost like a dark slate blue in the right lighting.
Welp if this isn’t a shining endorsement for the Apple leather case I can’t imagine what would satisfy.
I just attached my shiny new toy to a kite string and strung it up into the air above our house. I’d say it made it about 40 feet up before just dropping out onto the new pavement behind our house.
Two corners had popped out but other than the tiny scuff in the bottom left corner the phone is pristine. 👏

That is awful drop protection as always with Apple cases. One decent drop and they crumble like a chip.

If what he said is true And it’s dropped from 40 feet up, into pavement then is most definitely is not awful drop protection.
The case has done its job in protecting the phone. And bloody well too.

So I got this delivered today from Amazon. Will test it out more tomorrow. It is an ok case but nothing to write home about. Anyone else ever purchase anything from them?

Honestly my 14 PM midnight leather case is more blue than the one I had for my 13. I love it though bc navy blue is my favorite color
