Just ordered it off Amazon today and it will be here tomorrow. Didn’t feel like waiting until Spigen sends me one.

Based on that I think I may have to cancel my preorder. It’s too much to pay for a case if that’s what’s going to happen to it. 🤔

Been using the pro 4 since launch day and I ordered it from Amazon. Not sure why you’re saying it’s only available on their website. Amazon has had it since the 16th of September I believe?

That will only be offered exclusively through their website and not sold through Amazon. I reached out to them late September about it.
I’m in two minds right as to whether to keep my preorder or cancel it. I’ve already had second thoughts because I have a Blue Titanium phone and I’m not sure how the black accents on the case will look with it. 🤔
Everytime you email them it sends you back to the beginning of the queue. Try reaching out on Facebook or Twitter(x) if you want a faster reply. Each time I emailed them I got a reply within 4 days. I know they are backed up at the moment due to response for the updated case.

Their customer service is horrible right now. It seems like they are not able to keep up with the current amount of email inquiries. But the more you email them, you’ll get sent to the back of the queue and your response will be even further delayed.
In general, how long does it take for Caudabe to ship their button cover version of the case? I ordered the black one
Right now it should be shipping any day. I ordered a Celestial Blue Sheath (with button cover) which was one or two days behind the black and just had shipping notification today.
I have the benks and the same decoded colour as you. I alternate between the 2. The benks is nice as there’s a little colour added to the action button on the case compared to the spigen.
Have you used the decoded case on a magsafe charger? Does it stain the charger at all?
I have and there was no staining. Plus the decoded seems to have some coating so marks etc wipe off
I have. My MagSafe is covered with Leather so I can't tell ya.
