Really enjoying the Andar. For me, this and the Bullstrap are easily my favorite leather cases I've used this year. Really a coin flip to which I prefer. Glad to have this Andar in full rotation.

Well, convinced me to order!

Want to get more into MagSafe charging vs cables. I currently have an 18w brick. How fast does MagSafe charge?

I think it varies, but like @Hansana said, MagSafe would max out at 15w. Don't dig too deep into what way is "safer". I fast charged my 14 PM with a cable since launch day, and by the time I stopped using it, my battery health was 99%. Have primarily fast charged with my 15 PM and it's still 100% battery health.

I said probably a 3 foot drop, but caudabe says 6, so the Pitaka would probably be more like 2 lol. It’s surprising how much grip it adds, actually.
I’m not sure which Pitaka I got and I’m too lazy to check my emails, but the one I had was very slippery and felt boxy. The corners were also sharper than what I’m used to. Good buttons though. I’m also not a big aramid fan, guess I just got sucked into the hype by some of you all.

Hmm I'm interested in which one you were using. Was it the full coverage case? That'd be the pro, which would explain why it felt boxy. The one I just got has the exposed sides, and bottom, so you use the physical buttons of the iPhone, and the grip on the back feels great to me, but I know what you mean about getting sucked into the hype, I have done that one too many times lol.

well....my holster for my Otterbox Defender XT took forever to arrive and was terribly packaged and one of the holster hooks was bent badly and the iPhone will not clip in.

Ps. I have reached out to otter box...

Anyone need a Mous Black Leather 15 Pro Max for $40.00 shipped with tracking?
New in factory packaging

Going to check out the Gram28 leather cases since they come in today but recently I've been using the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Frosted. I just love that case for some reason. Just checks the boxes and I don't even mind it being a little slippery.
I have the grams28. its... Ok. next to my andar it looks cheaply made.. The sides are TPU and the buttons are rubber. The case also didnt fit securely. I personally dont think its worth the $50 i paid for it considering the andar is also $50~ and way better quality and fit.

Only time I charge with a cable is when away on holidays, apple magsafe in home/office, brodit magsafe holder/charger in my car with a wireless CarPlay adapter.

Yea, I got the full coverage Pitaka then. Returned it and went back to the Sheath. The other one you got sounds interesting, but I prefer not having open sides and an open bottom.

Ah yeah, that explains then. Also, I don't fault you for not liking having exposed sides and bottom, I thought I'd hate them, but it hasn't been a big problem like I thought it would be.

Yeah, I’d be returning that first thing the next day… cheap case with some leather on the back, and no metal buttons makes it even worse for the money.

Cannot go wrong with Andar tbh!

Just when I thought Mous had the worst company branding

Is that a phone # on the case?
