😂Only the finest tpu money can buy lol
I handled a family members Sheath recently. It felt nice, but I was still set on the Synthesis. I like the Synthesis a lot. At this point, the only reason I’d exchange it for the Sheath is the Sheath has a softer feel to it overall. Additionally, the Sheath has a similar form factor to the Apple Silicone case. I used to run Apple Silicone cases regularly and use the dimensions and form factor to compare to other cases.Well, like I said, it's personal preference, but for me Sheath > Synthesis because of the grip. Yes, the Synthesis has the grips on the side which is nice, but the back of the case is basically just a smooth textured plastic feel, whereas the Sheath has texture wrapped all around the case. It isn't the same texture as the sides of the Synthesis, but personally, I find the texture on the Sheath and it being full coverage, better than the grips on the sides of the Synth. Also, If you're someone that changes their case often, beware that the Sheath is much easier to remove than the Synthesis, which feels like you need a crowbar to remove.
Might be worth a quick email to their CS to see if they can’t still apply the discount. I’ve seen that they’ve accommodated for someone who forgot to enter a creator discount code before. 🤷♀️Definitely should have waited 2 days to order the andar to get that Boxing Day discount 🥺
Did you order yourself a new Enzo Aramid? That would complete the aramid trio
I like—and have a long history with—the Sheath, but it’s been a rough year. My 5th Sheath (yes, you read that right) is going to be shipped tomorrow; this is a replacement for the one I just received that has a MagSafe indentation on the back, which was a replacement for the same, which was a replacement for the same. I don’t have high hopes, but I have my fingers and toes crossed that I’ll finally receive a clean copy this time around. It’s difficult to even place this case in my top five given the QC issues.Sheath #1 Case of the year says Tee and his white copycat case reviewer Brian End of story
That’s my top two.
Well I guess that Mous better not get too comfortable...

I’m a fan of the company but I think you’re getting your hopes up. We’ve heard inconsistent things - linking to general MagSafe indentation articles from company reps to admitting issues and releasing revisions (#3?). I think it’s inherent with the material. Admittedly, the ring didn’t bother me. I have more general texture issues with the case.I like—and have a long history with—the Sheath, but it’s been a rough year. I've had the Coastal Rock Sport Case for my 15 Pro Max for a couple of weeks now, and while I've switched back and forth between it and other cases, it's holding up well. It does show finger smudges, but a quick wipe brings it back to like brand new.hi people rocking Nomad Sport cases, how is it holding up? was wondering if it will be a good all day case and how well it shows smudges since I have sweaty palms as well. also, do magsafe accessories leave a condom ring on the case?
I had the Nomad Sport. I found it to be slippery with poor grip.I've had the Coastal Rock Sport Case for my 15 Pro Max for a couple of weeks now, and while I've switched back and forth between it and other cases, it's holding up well. I haven't accumulated any noticable scratches, and I think the lighter colors are better about hiding both scratches and fingerprints. The black would definitely show scratches and fingerprints the most, and possibly the blue, but the other colors should hide them better.
I really enjoy it and it feels great in the hand. The Coastal Rock is a gorgeous color, too. I may eventually get the blue as well, but we'll see. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
Edited to add: I charge almost exclusively with MagSafe overnight and I have zero ring showing up on the back. All good as far as that's concerned.
I do not think its MagEZ 4 tight which does need a crowbar lol

For me the Sheath form factor feels close to the Apple Silicone. Plus it’s sort of Apple silicone’ish with its all over texture. The Sheath “feels softer” than the Synthesis without the hard plasticy feel.Well, like I said, it's personal preference, but for me Sheath > Synthesis because of the grip.
