Thanks! Which one would you say is best?
Eh, best is different for everyone. Personally I definitely use my Aspen case more than my Sheath. I enjoy the feel and patina of leather over any of my other cases.

A note on grip, the Aspen may be “slippery” out of the box, will take some time to break in and gain some grip. I don’t find Sheath to be particularly grippy.

It's so interesting reading peoples personal preferences when it comes to cases. For me, the Sheath has the best grip of any case I've used, meanwhile no matter how much I use the Aspen, the grip has never improved, and it now sits in my drawer of death lol.

Poor Aspen, she just needs more time! 😂 it does take a while. And it also really depends on your skin. I have generally clammy hands, so leather grips up pretty well for me. I will say my Bullstrap has much better grip than my Aspen, thats likely due to the fact that Aspen is oil waxed and takes in oils slower as opposed to BS.

Other than leather, my Rebel Crystal Black would be my next grippiest case.

Interesting. Maybe I just didn't give her enough time, but I'm very impatient 😅 Generally, my hands are on the dry but somewhat moisturized side, so maybe that's it too. I've been considering the Ryan London leather, but I'm so tired of spending money on cases and defaulting back to my comfort case (Sheath).

Kind of the the point - it's a completely different colour and look of material so stands out.

Which from their POV, is probable what they want
yep thats probably what they want because there was never a titan grey color until the 15 series so it's probablyy a design choice, at least those with the black 15 pro/pro max will have one that matches very well

I wasn’t a fan at all, sent that thing right back. The buttons were terrrrrrrrible, except for the stock gunmetal ones. I tried the matte black set, as well as the ultra orange set, both felt stuck. It would press the button but you couldn’t tell by feel that it actually did anything.

I sent back both the clear and black crystal for the same button issues. Makes no sense as the gunmetal and other colors seems exactly the same dimensions.

Yea, I'm still on the fence about ordering the black crystal as I hate clear cases.

Guess I could always return it with Amazon if it sucks too bad.

Have you tried using a little leather conditioner on it? Obenauf’s is very good, but may darken the color a bit.

Thanks for the pic. It seems to me they should have replaced the case. Apple silicone cases are the most fragile cases I’ve ever experienced; my wife can burn through one in just a few months… lol. I like the design and feel, but the way they tend to self destruct makes them a no go for me.
I've little to no experience with silicone cases but for the ~$17 I spent on this one it may be worth a try for those having issues with the Apple model. It's very well constructed, the aluminum buttons are responsive & the sides are rigid, Mag-safe works fine, and although it will attract lint, it's a minor problem and wipes off easily. My only criticism would be the slight imprint left around the sides where the molds met, a fine even line barely felt and hardly visible, but it is there.

That’s a more reasonable price for a silicone case.

S24 Ultra with a flat screen  might be a new case journey coming my way ;)
That S24 Ultra does look very nice, and the software seems like it has improved since I last used a Samsung, but idk if anything will get me to move from iPhone though. 😅

Yea the only PR cases I’m keeping with be aramid and frosty.

So many cases this year have so many shortcomings. What a disappointment.
oh ok. I will try the crystal. If I don’t like it is going back to amazon. I am looking forward to seeing what the closed bottom bulstrap case looks like.

C ring on the gray Sheath 👀

I ordered a gray Sheath today and should have it on Friday (3 business days door to door Cincy to Philly, PA area). I am a light MagSafe user so the c ring may be faint at worst. The c ring doesn’t bother me anyway.
