How are the titanium buttons with the crystal case? there were complaints that it did not fit properly.

I saw that too! I was shocked to hear because they fit perfectly fine, went right in, no issues, no wobbling.

Oh ok did you get the case straight from Phone Rebel Or Amazon? I think some people were saying that the buttons felt mushy or i guess not tactile enough.

The buttons are definitely just as tactile as the frosted and aramid versions. I purchased it directly from PR.

Oh ok maybe there was some quality control issue with the cases others had. Do you have the frosted and the aramid as well?

I had both, returned them. The amarid was a great case but I didn’t like the aramid fiber feel and the frosted was too slippery. The clear is super light, comfortable and more grippy than the frosted.

Oh ok good to know about the phone rebel crystal. i have one being delivered on Tuesday but with the black sides.

Awesome! I really like the case. I always get black boarders everything or a black case. I wanted something different this time around (for myself) full clear which I never get and if I do, I return almost immediately.

Yeah I returned the frosted version so just waiting to see if I liked the crystal version. I hope i do.

My red sheath came in. Love the soft liner on the inside. Feel in the hand is great. And good god the buttons are miles better than the excuse of a buttons they used on the syntheses

Edit: shout out to Nomad Modern Leather. I have a love / hate with Sheath texture. Nomad is great.

MagBak case in gray. Very soft feeling silicone, but the 'shiny' type rather than 'sticky' type like Apple's silicone case.

Excellent buttons, good fit, comfy to rest on the pinky. Slightly oddly the corners of the case are slightly more squared than the phone's corners, not really an issue but an interesting design choice. As you'd expect from the name, magnets are super strong.

For those that like customising too - MagBak sell button kits, I've attached a screen grab.

Since I discovered MagBak cases and wallets, I’ve never used anything else. They are outstanding❤️

Yea I’m interested too in the closed bottom Bullstrap. I hear the leather is better quality than Andar?

I wonder if the Bullstrap leather quality on the closed bottom case will be the same as the open bottom case? I’ve heard the closed bottom Ryan London isn’t quite the same leather quality as the open bottom version.

Sheath in gray for 15 pro arrived yesterday. No c ring out of the box:

*Note the sloped angle and bright lighting 😜

And no c ring so far with the case on phone.

running the spigen today too, only issue is the pinky rest area is uncomfortable as hell. And the silver seems to be too thin since you can see where they fused it to the rubber in the right light.

hooterville- yes but you won’t be able to put it back together. It’s more so fused.

I considered that case. Was the Apple logo added by you?

"The Synthesis in Celestial Blue will be available in just a few days and your replacement will be sent the moment they are ready."

I'm so looking forward to this, I feel like I'm in the minority but I preferred this years Synthesis to Sheath, but the buttons were so bad. I'm desperately hoping they're now good! Excited!!

"The Synthesis in Celestial Blue will be available in just a few days and your replacement will be sent the moment they are ready."

I'm so looking forward to this, I feel like I'm in the minority but I preferred this years Synthesis to Sheath, but the buttons were so bad. I'm desperately hoping they're now good! Excited!!

Just a personal preference for the shape/feel/grip etc. I don’t dislike the Sheath (it’s still average action button aside) but prefer the Synthesis.

Interesting as I was told the revised Synthesis was already available when I emailed them a few days ago. We didn’t discuss which colors but I assumed it was all of them.

I should be getting replacements for both the Sheath and Synthesis next week. I just hope they send the updated replacements and not old stock. I’ve always recommended Caudabe to others but this release has been a bit of a joke.

Someone else mentioned about the Sheath action button. On my new version I can hear all buttons click from arms length but the action button isn’t as strong as the others. But I can still hear it click is what matters.

I have the new version of the c blue and gray colors. My buttons are clicky and tactile, but I can barely hear a clicking sound when using the action action button (even when close to my ear). It could be better, but not a deal breaker.

@macher - do I have TWO duds? I don’t think so.

To all Sheath owners, please chime in about your action action button.

Edit: I can hear a very faint clicking sound right up against my ear, but not much of anything half an arms length or closer. Like I said above, it’s not a deal breaker, but you (and perhaps others) brought it up, so I had to jump in about it.
