I know you don’t like fingerprints and smudges, which case is the least of the 2 in fingerprints and smudges? Then I would go with that.Out of the Crystal

Yea,super limited choices for UK!!! No PR,no Andar,no BS,no Caudabe etc…. Some people order 5-6 Caudabe cases and selling for £42 on EbayCheapest shipping on Phone Rebel to UK is £16, ouch! Was considering the frosted but not paying half the price of the case just on shipping!😂
Selling that Gen 5 Black Crystal over on the Marketplace for only $30.00 shipped.
Check it out.
Here:Where is the market place forum?
Can you tell me where i can find the market place thread, either i dont have access, or it doesnt work when you paste your item.
Yeah, Phone Rebel needs to fix their shipping rates. For me it's $20 just for a case and $30 for Case + buttons.Cheapest shipping on Phone Rebel to UK is £16, ouch! Was considering the frosted but not paying half the price of the case just on shipping!😂
I'd go with the Frosty. Not many companies do Frosted cases like Phone Rebel.Out of the Crystal

You have a very good point there. I'm back in the Frosty.I know you don’t like fingerprints and smudges, which case is the least of the 2 in fingerprints and smudges? Then I would go with that.
Unfortunately, that's international shipping for you. I occasionally have to order water cooling parts from Germany or car detailing products from the UK (brands not sold in the US like SiRamik), and shipping can easily be a high percentage of the cost of the item(s) unless I cross a threshold of a few hundred dollars to make it free shipping.Yeah, Phone Rebel needs to fix their shipping rates. People dislike how expensive Pitaka is but it's cheaper than a Phone Rebel for me.
The problem is you don’t know whether you’ll like it or not, so if you decide to return it you’re paying for the initial shipping to you and also the shipping returning it.Unfortunately, that's international shipping for you. If you've ever priced out shipping something international as a person, like returning a case to Decoded, the shipping can be $50+ USD and exponentially more expensive the larger the box gets. For it to be under $/£ 20 doesn't sound so bad to me if it's something I really wanted.
I ran into that with Decoded and their clear case. The return shipping was more than the cost of the case. I'll only get their products from Amazon from now on.The problem is you don’t know whether you’ll like it or not, so if you decide to return it you’re paying for the initial shipping to you and also the shipping returning it.
I don't know, man. I had to return 2 cases to Phone Rebel and it only cost me $13 to ship it back to them. I was nervous when I ordered the Ryan London open bottom but not so nervous because of the good reviews about them.I ran into that with Decoded and their clear case. The return shipping was more than the cost of the case. I'll only get their products from Amazon from now on.
What made you go with open bottom vs closed bottom?I was nervous when I ordered the Ryan London open bottom but not so nervous because of the good reviews about them.
I think the leather is betterWhat made you go with open bottom vs closed bottom?
They got back to me right away and said they were going through some issues with their ticketing system. Either way, they took care of it right away and refunded me minus the shipping fee of $6.49.A few words of warning about Onotone. A few weeks ago I ordered a case from Onotone which I ended up not liking at all. It's been over two weeks and my return request is still processing. It also took them about 10 days to even ship my order after I placed it. I'd avoid ordering anything from them no matter how cool their designs may look. I've sent them an email to ask what the heck is going on with my order.
A loss of $40 isn't going to break the bank, but it'll definitely prevent me from ordering from a less well known case company direct again. I should have asked on here if anyone had heard of them before. It's been a long time since I've dealt with customer service this bad.
First I’ve read the leather is better. Second I saw posts with the gap you can see with the closed bottom at the port opening. What made you go with open bottom vs closed bottom?
