If it weren’t for the loose fitting of your Synthesis? Mine fits perfect. It’s just that it’s a hard plastic case that doesn’t have any kind of cushion in the case of impact.

I had the Aramid Enzo for a while and I just didn’t like the aramid fiber look for me. I have a couple weeks before vacation. I’ll probably end up buying the Symmetry again.
Typo alert - I meant to type Symmetry but instead typed Synthesis. The Symmetry is loose, not the Synthesis. Sorry about that.

Both Caudabe cases seem only minimally protective to me. There’s just not enough shock absorbent material to ever be as protective as cases with TPE inserts such as the Mous and PR.

Pitaka Moonrise for iPhone 15 Pro Max, they added an alignment magnet on the back.

I got lucky with this one. No deformed head, buttons or creaking problems. Had a slight banana bow but not bad.

I reached out to Mous the first evening I received my case and they responded.

“There’s no need to worry about the slight bend - your case is not defective, and it will still fit your phone perfectly. It may be a little tricky to insert your phone at first, but it should be fine.

Because our cases are designed for maximum protection, they do sometimes bend very slightly before a phone is inserted. The bend enhances the tight fit your case has to your phone, and this tight fit is instrumental in protecting your device. At first, the case may not sit entirely flat with the phone inside, but it’ll soon ‘relax’ and straighten out. “

Not trying to derail, I just know there’s all the experience here..

Any of you have/use or recommend a good MagSafe Wallet? Preferably something to hold a few cards and a little cash.

3 new silicone case colours have dropped as part of the Spring refresh; Light Blue, Sunshine and Soft Mint.

No new colours for the Finewoven cases

I dig this combo

A lot of MagSafe wallets try to be thin and thus only hold 2-3 cards. Peak Design does have a wallet that can hold several cards/cash.

An unexpected Amazon gift card has me thinking of getting a walnut or bamboo Mous case. I prefer the look of the walnut but if the bamboo feels betters (and holds up better) I'd get it instead.

They’re both basically encapsulated with a hard finish so the feel and durability should be the same.

The main downside to the Mouse Limitless is the sharp edge around the back. It bothers some, not others. I find it uncomfortable on the larger phones.

I had a Mous aramid but returned it in favor of the Ezno Aramid. The feel of the phone was great but I couldn't justify it for the price compared to the Enzo. No need for two similar aramid cases either. I didn't find any of the edges on the Mous to be sharp but I also have a normal pro and not a pro max.

The Mous at $65-70 is way overpriced. In the $40 range after a gift card is far more in line with what I think they're worth compared to everything else out there.

Just keep some floor polish around as the clear finish on the Mous woodies wears off pretty quick.

Why not just try the official Apple MagSafe wallet? I use mine all the time.

I don't know, I'm not exactly careful with my phone and the Sheath has always done a great job and I've used it for years. I might agree with this for Sheaths from before MagSafe which were a lot thinner. I remember feeling a bit iffy back then in certain situations. But the MagSafe versions are about as protective as you'll need unless you're dropping your phone from a third story balcony. It's got the right balance of protection for me. Mous cases are too bulky IMO. I'm happy making the tradeoff of marginally less (but still great) protection for a slimmer case.

The EAP drop tests seem legit, though I’m not sure what a 50’ drop test really tells you when nearly all drops are going to be from head height or lower.
I don't pay any attention to drop test videos because I'll never put my phone in that situation. I don't baby it, but I also don't climb up a 15 foot ladder and drop it for shts and giggles (and views).

Finally got my sheath (with action button cutout). Absolutely love this case! I absolutely love the synthesis this year and the sheath just as much. The side thinness offsets the tall height to the case making it super comfortable to hold and it’s not heavy at all since it weight exactly the same as my synthesis.
