An update for anybody who is thinking of buying Nomad. I returned mine, brand new and unused. Got an email yesterday from Nomad customer service telling me they'd received my return and my refund was 0.00.....ummmm, no.
This isn't a $5 case that I can blow off the money spent, this was a $45 case. I tried calling and the response is "the voice mail is full" so the only way to communicate is through email. So I sent them an email directly and also filled out a message form from the website. 2 days later and I'm still waiting for a response.
So for now I'm out $45 and don't have a case or a refund. Some of these companies really need to stop and focus on their customer service before they focus on the product.
