I hated and returned the green one. Black is much better.

Probably the best look at it I’ve seen video wise. The interior is soft plastic. Much better grip than the solid suit. Much less protection. At least that’s my opinion.

I still love the SS, especially with the white buttons. It’s definitely the best protective case I’ve tried.
The sheath didn’t have any problems, just the speaker cutouts not matching the actual phone.

SlipperySuit speaker cutouts don't match either and Rhinoshield is not going to correct the problem. I emailed them and they stated that the cases will not change.
Broke down and ordered the Sheath.
I like my Sheath! For some reason I’ve had butterfingers lately which is why I’m looking for a bit more grip. I hope the new version isn’t smoother unless it’s somehow grippier. Also I’ve dropped my Max and when I had my X onto concrete and non-carpeted floors where I’ve held my breath and both times the phone was fine. Sheath is really impressive.
I’m not sure if I should just order a new Sheath. I’m not holding my breath that USPS will find anything of course. And I’m not sure what Caudabe will do once they respond. Will the refund me for the lost one? Send me a new one for free? Who knows.

I love my SS leather case!! It has grown on me quite a bit. It doesn't feel so terribly thick. The grip is actually pretty decent. About to get my custom Pop Socket too so that should help with reachability on my large Xs Max. Buttons are super nice (using red ones for now). The cutouts for speakers are symmetrical but I like that (most wont notice the holes not matching but i would think most will notice asymmetrical cutouts). Really no negatives in my book.
Figures, I get an email from them about an early Black Friday sale that would have saved me like $15. And of course I get the email hours after the item ships.
Haven’t seen One in person but I’m still considering if I just don’t love the solid suit once it arrives.
Post some pictures when you get it, I thought about that Spigen but went with the sheath.
I like the SS much better. The mouse has a bigger bottom lip that really annoyed me when swiping up. It's buttons didn't feel as good and I thought it looked bulkier. I also like how the back of the SS looks more, I'm not a fan of the angular cutout of the mous.
Final thing is the price, the mous cost more and the added price isn't worth it imo.
which model did you get?
i ask because i learned that the reason i hadn't heard back from Caudabe is that they haven't received their updated Sheaths for the XS yet. if you have an XS (as opposed to XS Max), you may have received the same bad batch with the rough edge that i did a couple of weeks ago.
CS suggested the new XS ones (with asymmetric grill and hopefully non defective bottom seam) will be arriving to them in 1-2 weeks.
