Correct, obviously you have to ask, but if you do, they’ll tell you they’ll ship you out the new production run. I told them the speaker holes were off, that did the trick. She called me “eagle eye” hahah

That’s similar to what I did, I ordered the green, got it, hated it, sent it back and ordered the black one. Once I noticed the speaker grills were off, I thought I’d ask about it. That’s when “Jessica” offered to send me a new one, and allow me to keep the one I have now.
If the tracking shows delivered then I believe you are screwed. Your beef will be with USPS and you'll be at least a year older before they do anything.

Lol! I may have called Caudabe a few times. And by a few I mean a lot. And they called me back lol. The guy was super nice despite my calls. I didn’t know they would be able to see who was calling. Just thought it was a normal call tree. Anyway, they found my email and said they would ship me out the new case. Great customer service even to an annoying customer that emails, tweets and calls repeatedly.
Did he say that it was the newer version they were shipping?
My Sheath is out for delivery. My pessimism says it’s the old version.
Please let us know. If it's the newer version maybe a few pictures of the grill opening ETC.

Besides the bad customer service of Mous, how does the Mous Limitless 2.0 compare to the SolidSuit? I remember a lot of people praising it in the past.
Well, well, well. My Sheath showed up. I don’t know if someone marked it delivered by accident 2 days early or a neighbor put it in the mailbox. Either way, I’ve got my old and busted Sheath and now my Sheath with the new hotness should be shipping soon. I’m happy.
Now hopefully after all of that I actually love the case lol.
Edit: it’s actually the new batch! I emailed and told them not to send a replacement.
