Just received a Sheath from Caudabe, and right off the bat it has a cosmetic defect. Namely, a bare spot near the left speaker port which doesn't have the texture that the rest of the outside part of the case has.

Does anybody else with a Sheath have the same thing? Is this a manufacturing mark?

I contacted their customer support and they are sending me a replacement with no hassle.

They have great support I’m hoping my Lucid Clear enroute is nice and not rubber like the Caseology Waterfall case

Gear4 Battersea case. This case has the best grip and protection of all the cases I've tried so far. The main problem is that open power button is pretty had to work. It's like you have to spread the rubber with you finger before it actually hits the button. The outside edges of this case are just like the Tech 21 Evo Check cases. I feel 100% confident that my phone would be safe hitting the ground in this case. It's so sticky and grippy that I believe it will collect a ton of lint & dust.

That orange D30 material inside of the case is so NICE and luxurious !

Might be another return because of that power button though. Here's some pics for everyone.

Aagggrrr I’ve already spent a stupid amount on cases, and now you’ve made me buy another one!

In my opinion, this is the best looking case out there! Covers the bottom, good buttons (since it doesn’t cover them), nice leather, and great quality (on pictures at least).

But, there is a but, it doesn’t offer much drop protection I think. Such a shame, but acceptable if you see how slim it is.

Bellroy always makes elegant products.

It’s not that much wider or heavier than the Apple leather case but covers the bottom.

The leather is good quality (I just had a smell and it’s definitely not fake leather) and I would say it offers a bit more drop protection than the Apple leather case.

Overall very happy.

That looks great as I love D30 that the original Tech21 used.

That said the grip on the sides is good? They look slick?

I see there are a lot of talks about the SolidSuit....all doesn’t provide the best grip but I think it’s enough for me since they added the tiny bit of textured material on the side.

The carbon fiber is the has the less the grip to me and between the leather and the classic black they are honestly about the same. I can easily switch between them and be fine. I just really love the fit of the SolidSuit. So hard for me to leave that series.

Thanks for the feedback on the case, I have two of their wallets, although moved to a Nodus wallet now.

Ordered the blue belroy case it fits the bill, wanted something slightly thinner than the apple leather case, with all round protection and a leather back, looking forward to trying it out.

Now that’s it’s less slippery are you going to revert to calling it by its original name??

I'm still considering it pretty slippery and one tough mother to remove.
Going to try the leather next.

This case has the BEST grip of any iPhone XS Max case I've tried so far. I'm not too fond of the open power button but absolutely one fine case. Was going to return it but now think I'll keep this one.

The protection and grip of this case are bar none.

Correct, but the camera cut-out isn’t perfect, and I like things perfect...

Just give the Nomad Rugged a try if you want brown or black leather.

I wonder when Nomad reaches out to me to send me a free case (or a pay check)... ;)

Lol. They are still out of stock though

I ordered on 10/7 and just today got the shipping notice. If I decide to send it back maybe I’ll post it here so somebody won’t have to wait. Hopefully I like it enough to keep.

The Evutec case is dope! Not slippery much and nice sides with grip! Nice lips for camera and screen and feels really light holding it. I’ll post some pictures tonight for sure. Also nice buttons and they don’t interfere with the phone at all like the lame Caseology case I got! Got the Ringke case as well for the wife and she likes it. It’s a TPU inside she’ll with an armored outside. I’ll also post pictures of it tonight and try to play on it a little to provide some feedback. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime
