What you think about that Gear4 case
Looks nice but I can’t do the orange color or the open power button.
and still one tough mother to remove.
The open power button is the one thing that sucks about that case. Maybe I'll return it and order the leather Slipperysuit.

Pick a case for now and wait 30 days to buy another.
Black Friday is 30 days away and most case manufacturers run sales 50% and more off during that weekend.
You might not love the Solidsuit leather at $40 but at $25 it’s worth keeping.

I had this case for the iPhone 7plus and the iPhone X and I loved it. Only complaint is that you can’t wireless charge.
I am really curious how you like it! If Nomad offers a Black Friday deal, I will order the new thinner version to replace my old one.
EDIT: Only the brown one is available for the X, which is a shame since I want to try the black leather.

Has anyone tried the new Caudabe Synthesis? Looking at their site it looks like it’s changed from previous versions. There’s a pattern on the side that looks like it may increase grip, which is intriguing. Might give that a shot whenever it comes back in stock.

Ive gone from changing my decision to Otterbox Statement --> Mous Leather --> Pitaka Magcase Pro --> Rhinoshield Solid Suit Classic --> Solidsuit Leather all after reading the posts in this thread. I know there are plenty reviews available on youtube but i like to rely on proper consumer experience but you lot keep changing your mind and my decision keeps getting harder every time i open this thread
I had it for an earlier iPhone (7+ I believe). It’s a nice case. With extra grip, I’d be very interested. Also, with 25% off tile 10/28, I hope they get it in stock soon

You get the mini high hoping you have found the perfect case and then again opening the mail box to seeing that beautiful box.
Even figuring out how you will return the case feels good.
I will never end up with 1 case but maybe between 6-12 that are good enough and ones a felt that were a good deal.
The iPhone 11 might be out before we see the Caudabe Synthesis for the Max in stock.
What's the deal with this and the Nomad rugged? Guess they can't pump them out in China fast enough.

Well since we all have different needs and tastes this thread is going to be a mess no matter what. I agree with you though. Hearing everyone’s experience is very helpful. It is fun to try different cases but like I’ve said before we are super picky because we are covering up or changing the feel of our super expensive glass and steel phones. Most people would love to just use the phone as Apple built it but we have to live in the real world where accidents happen.
That being said after going through all the cases I’ve been through I recommend the Solid Suit.

What do you mean? If you are asking if I have found any issues with it then the answer is surprisingly no. I ordered my red buttons and I’m ready to not buy anymore cases.

Hahaha. Thanks for your reply bud. I myself have the same issue i.e being super picky hence i keep coming back to this thread. Plus most of the good stuff mentioned in this thread is not easily available in UK and then returning the cases i dont like. Once there is consensus which is highly unlikely as you stated we all have different needs and tastes ill probably pull the trigger on the best combo.
Plus its fun reading all the posts whilst at work.
Now back to your recommendation.

Oh lol. Usually you would be right. But I’m feeling great about the solid suit.
I can source the Solid Suit from Amazon UK but them red buttons are only available from USA. Even tried Rhinoshield France they deliver to rest of the world but not UK
