Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

None of you solid suit-ers went with the mircrofiber back version? Would think it adds more grip.

Is anyone able to do me a favor? Please put a XS SolidSuit on an iPhone X and make a picture of the camera cut-out. Not many people will own both, but worth a try... ;)

That Solid Suit Leather case is pretty sweet.I personally prefer it over Classic Black. Is it just me or are the Solid Suit hard to remove. First corner comes off easily the second one lol gives me horrible feeling whilst trying to remove it.

Is it normal practice for Rhinoshield to use recycled packaging for old versions?

Whats the quality of the RhinoShield SolidSuit Leather iPhone XS Max case compared to the Apple Leather case? Are they similar?

Yes durability is my only concern otherwise XS fits well in my hand.

Im going to use it for a day or two and then decide which one to keep.

Id say leather on Apple Leather is softer and feels better. None the less Solid Suit Leather Case feels good too :)

Yes, they are using recycled packaging. All of mine are like this and the max cases even slide all around inside of the packaging as the clear plastic form inside is too small for the case. This is all part of how the cases were "Rushed Out" to market with the lower grills being for last years iPhone X and not correct for the new XS models.

And Yes, you need a crow bar to remove the phone from the case. These cases are also as slippery as a wet bar of soap.

I'm not using them because of these problems. If you want a similar case with decent grip and correct cutouts try the redesigned Otterbox Symmetry. IMO way better than the SlipperySuit.

Amazon UK still listing old Symmetry for iPhone X compatible with XS. I might get them direct from Otterbox.

I have the Max but they also redesigned the Symmetry for the XS phones. Here are a couple pics of my Max in the Symmetry case. The only negative is that the buttons are pretty flush with the sides of the case but they are similar to the SolidSuit buttons now.

Hoot can you directly compare the otterbox with the SS? Size, feel and grip? How do the front lips compare between them?

Yea, I'm done with the SlipperySuit for now.
Still have the carbon one and all the buttons that I purchased direct from Rhinoshield so I'll just keep it.

Order placed. As per Otterbox website new design is both compatible with X and XS so the cut outs are still old ones. But im ok with that as long the case is as solid as you described lol.
