Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

Nothing I have noticed. I have only taken it off and on once

I’m really enjoying the lighter thinner cases right now so I’m not too upset to send it back.
I think i need to cancel my prime membership and try to forget my amazon password.
p.s if evutec decides to bring out aergo for XS then that will be my last case lol

The only way I stop using "THE SHEATH" is if someone makes a case as equally Thin with Clicky Buttons, Rubbery Soft, Grippy, Tacky & Well Built. The Sheath is darn near perfect for me, even W/O the mods!
I have it as well. Do you feel it’s too thin? Not durable enough?

I agree. I want to feel confident if it falls. Not stand there with my hands over my mouth in shock when that finally happens.
That’s my issue with barely there cases. Love the nothing there feel but have zero confidence it survives.
i think the texture is fantastic, and i do think it will be durable enough (Extrapolating a little on reviews of the X Sheath and it seems people have had no issues of durability). the profile of the case is phenonemal...its not quite a minimalist case but doesn't add much to any of the three dimensions. while i'm not sure how they came up with the 2m protection spec, i do think it should adequately protect from 3-4 ft drops based on experience with other cases in the past on my other phones.
if i were to change one thing, it would be to add a little more lip on the front side (just 0.3mm more). with my 0.33mm iCarez 2.5D protector, i have a small lip which i wish were a little deeper.
i'm also impressed with customer service which has promised me a replacement case with the asymmetric port openings, and hopefully a smooth transition on all sides. (i took a file to my "defective case"... just a little bit of filing... not completely smooth, but i did enough so that it no longer has a sharp edge/transition)
Had some Amazon credit and just ordered the SlipperySuit leather. Must have lost my mind.

i think the Sheath is middle ground. certainly more protection than the minimalist shell cases out there with some shock absorption in the the corners + lip on front + camera protection... but not the same level as an Otterbox Symmetry which has more beefy cushioning and a bigger lip on front and back.
to me, i have 80% confidence as i have had prior phones with roughly comparable protection survive the 1-2 times a year drops due to be bumped by my daughter... only difference here is lip on front is slightly less. if i wanted 100% confidence, then i'd probably need to move to an Otterbox or Mous (which i still might...)
Their customer service is excellent from my experience. Did they say when the newer, symmetrical sheath would be out?
No-No-No not too thin at all feels great in the hand. Seems durable enough. I do average maybe 1 or 2 drops a year. I have the Apple care so not too worried about the screen breaking but if it were to break...
The texture is good, I made it better on the sides for added grip that feels fantastic. I do wish I could find a rubber case as I had several years ago that was wonderful feeling + grippy. The Sheath is about 96% of what I want more than enough to satisfy my needs...The only way I swap is what I said about Rubber.
The perfect iPad case will be difficult since they no longer Manley the old Apple versions. All new stuff to work with the magnetic pencilI want the new iPad but I blew my $$ on useless cases

I really don’t know which one I like the most? I love the all carbon fiber but that logo sticks out a lot. And I really like the alcantera leather with slim carbon fiber and love the all carbon one.
Really just either of the two I posted pictures of. I think I’ve ruled out the carbon fiber one do the logo stand out
Which one? I’m pretty sure the two i posted are both part of armor series.
Yea, I like the armor with the regular carbon on the back.
I think the Sheath is the perfect size if you have apple care. Same with the diztronic. It gives the thinness we want and the great buttons. But provides just enough drop protection to keep us from running to Apple for those $30 screen replacements. Good grip yet in and out the pockets easily. The diztronic has grown on me a lot but still looking forward to the Sheath. It is more premium feeling and a tighter fit. Might be just a little thinner too.

I like them thin. It’s the Wild West out here, I have Apple Care and ain’t afraid to use it.
