Just finished Perry Mason. I hope there's a season 2. Also began Lovecraft Country and so far, really enjoying it. The Costume Designers on each of these series must have had a blast recreating the eras. Same for the Production Designer and sourcing all the amazing period cars.
Didn’t make it past episode one of either of those shows.

Watched all 4 seasons of Mr. Robot. It gets off to a strong start, and somehow manages to get even better with each season.

Great acting and music choices, and a smart, tightly-woven plot. Some of the later episodes (including the finale) may be on par with the best television I’ve ever seen.

I'm five episodes into Ozark on Netflix, and am totally engrossed.

Great freaking show! The first episode hooks you!!! To me it only gets better!

Lucifer, season 5

Binged it this past weekend!

We finally get to see "God"...

Currently watching "The Crown". All I can say is Prince Philips is a douche...

Cool! It only gets better and better!
It's been a great show so far, and I was hooked after S1 E1. Jason Bateman is an underrated actor IMHO. The writing, acting, and production are top-notch.

I usually save Ozark for the weekends; I watch network shows I DVR or OnDemand during the week, then binge on Ozark, Black Mirror, etc. on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Gives me something to look forward to ?

Recently rewatched Lost (full series) for the first time since it originally aired. Then rewatched The Rain S1&2 again followed by S3 for the first time. After that (the past two days) Devs and have now started to rewatch Fringe for the first time since it originally aired.

Cool!

I certainly understand about trying to juggle TV series. I started re-watching Fargo Season 1 last night, and it's amazing that I still enjoy it. My goal is to re-watch all 3 seasons before Season 4 premieres on Sunday, September 27th.

Meanwhile, tomorrow is the day Seasons 1 & 2 of Cobra Kai appears on Netflix. I have also watched them a couple of times already, but given how enjoy both of them (plus they are "easy" to watch in terms of time), I will re-watch them again. Still not known when Season 3 will start (same with Season 4 of Ozark, and Season 6 of Better Call Saul).

I actually might try and re-watch Season 3 of Ozark soon. And yes, Jason Bateman is an underrated actor. He is perfect for the part!

Speaking of underrated actors, re-watching Season 1 of Fargo also has many underrated actors/actresses: Billy Bob Thornton, Martin Freeman, Allison Tolman, Colin Hanks, and Bob Odenkirk (yes, the one and only Saul Goodman!). And Seasons 2 and 3 continue the same tradition. Plus it looks like Season 4 is the same.

It's astounding that neither of BCS' leads placed among the best performances of 2020, at least according to the results of the ATAS' Emmy nominations.

Ultimately, it's the work that matters, the true reward, and will stand the test of time, but these kinds of obvious snubs must still be disappointing for those involved.

Stargate Command
So they started on YouTube, but now have TWO shows on TruTV...

Hot Ones...! A celebrity interview show where they also eat wings that get successively hotter...

Paul Rudd episode was good, he is a National Treasure...!

Shia Labeouf episode was REALLY good, such a down-to-earth guy...!

Spent some time watching the following today. All great shows, I'd highly recommend all of them

The Fall - A seemingly cold but very passionate policewoman goes head to head with a seemingly passionate father who is in fact a cold serial killer in this procedural out of Belfast. The only thing they share is their common complexity.

Cobra Kai - Decades after their 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament bout, a middle-aged Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence find themselves martial-arts rivals again.

The Blacklist (Season 6) - A new FBI profiler, Elizabeth Keen, has her entire life uprooted when a mysterious criminal, Raymond Reddington, who has eluded capture for decades, turns himself in and insists on speaking only to her.

Love The Blacklist. Spader is just a really good actor... most of the outcomes are predictable, but entertaining, nonetheless... and there have been a few plot twists, so it's not totally contrived.

Couldn’t agree more. The season close with live action and cartoon scenes was interesting experience.

That move was related to the COVID pandemic... the story that I read said that they were about half way through shooting the episode when the lockdown order came... they were forced to be creative... definitely a different feel.
