Loved it! Surprisingly accurate regarding the setting and flair. Just finished the third (and last) season - Deutschland 89.
In Germany, they're all available on Amazon Prime Video.
Ah oh well, here they're available on Prime Video but must be bought. I'm sure they'll come around though.

Cold War spy dramas are a favorite of mine too, so I'll be interested if you find this one well done. It looks like it's only available on Hulu, but I'll keep my eyes open for availability on other channels too.
If you want to watch an excellent Cold War Drama Series, The Americans is definitely an excellent choice. Unfortunately, it's only available (for streaming) on Amazon Prime.

Several episodes in on Stargate: Atlantis. I'm having some trouble with logic errors, and caricature personalities. My youngest son is loving it, and it has most of the aspects that made SG1 worth watching.

Finished the first season. Enjoyed it. Don't expect the action of a "Bourne" movie or "The Americans". It is very well paced throughout the season though. Would recommend to watch it.

I saw that in 1986, as it happened...

I was in 3rd grade when it happened. Back then they used to roll TVs into the classrooms to watch shuttle launches. It was a big deal.

Needless to say... the TV was shut off and wheeled out of the room very quickly after the accident.

I don't remember if we were sent home early... though I've heard other people say they were.

I was just out of high school, hanging at a friend's, smoking weed; and then BAM!, harsh reality stepped in...
I was in college on an overseas trip in Ireland when 9/11 happened... and we were scheduled to come home on 9/12

Well that didn't happen. We couldn't come home until 9/22

If you're gonna be stuck somewhere... Ireland is a great place to be!

I was at work at a production facility making WiFi units for "last mile" business/industrial connections. Everyone was glued to their monitors, work had stopped, until the CEO got on the intercom & was all "nothing to see here, get back to work"...

What an arse...!

Man, I would love, Love, LOVE to have 10 acres somewhere in Ireland; build a stone cottage. a few out buildings, get some goats & ducks & rabbits, grow some produce items...!

To keep it Apple related; we were stripping the guts out of UFO AirPorts, loading custom firmware from KarlNet (same folks Apple were getting their early AirPort firmware from), and placing in an industrial housing...

And charging two grand (not including cabling or antenna) for...!

Somebody here mentioned this show and I stumbled upon it recently. Just finished the first season and love it!

First half of Season 5 for Lucifer has been shown and we're waiting for the second half of Season 5. Then there will be a season 6 to conclude the series. Maybe, Season 5 WAS supposed to be the last season but they added another one so who knows.

Four episodes into "Deutschland 86", which is the second season of "Deutschland 83" (they've got to work on their naming scheme...). I like it so far. It's different though, more action driven. It's also set in South Africa this time. Will continue watching tonight.

The naming scheme is alright - the seasons are set in 1983, 1986 and 1989 respectively 😉

Yes, I understand that. But try to put that into any sort of Media Management/Client/Center software. It will show up as three separate series and not one series with three seasons.
