Been binging on most major shows but I loved Age of the Living the Dead on prime and For all mankind on Apple TV plus. Looking forward to a new season of the Expanse!

Recently finished The Queen's Gambit and found it most excellent. The cast, the production and costume design were all quite well done. An easy binge since it's only (7) episodes.
I was going to say the exact same thing. They really did a fantastic job all around. My only disappointment was that it was only 7 episodes.

I've started Truth Seekers yesterday. Starring Nick Frost, Simon Pegg and Donald Trump's wig. Anyone who likes the Cornetto movie trilogy will probably enjoy this one as well. Episodes are a little short at about 30 minutes each.

I had my car in the shop this week and they had Discovery channel playing in the waiting room... Really got drawn in to Alaska: The Last Frontier... unfortunately, I cannot find it on any of the streaming services except Amazon Prime at $2/episode... would love to find seasons 1-9 to stream. I am not normally into 'reality tv', but this one fascinated me for some reason...

Watching The Hobbit trilogy now...
Sounds like something for the movie thread:

Halt and Catch Fire was fantastic. The two EP finale (as it was originally aired) is some of the best TV ever produced, and S3 just wrecked me, hit close to home with the tech angle, what I was doing at the time, spectacular writing, performances, and the whole show (and S2-4 in particular) is a perfectly executed story arc, with a beautiful conclusion.

Battlestar Galactica is a hidden gem, for me anyway. If you’re in the uk it’s streaming on bbc iPlayer now. Almost nearing the end of the final season

the boys on Prime. Worth reading the comics too. Very different to the show
