This caught my attention. Have a thing for the movies. They replaced Tom Hanks, but it looks good so far. Curious if they can keep it up for the rest of the season.

Can't see it mentioned here but we've watched Squid Game. I think it's the greatest show I've seen since Breaking Bad. It's amazing

I just finished Billions. I like it but it’s very repetitive. It’s always the same story.

will we get to see Axe in season 6, you think?

Now I’m waiting for the return of Succession!!

For fans of Stephen King, gothic horror, or creepy vampires, look no further. I like this a lot more than I expected.
This is on Epix.

That was a great show.
I remember when I first saw Bates Motel how impressed I was. I got the first DVD set from the library out of curiosity. I don't know that I expected much--I'd heard some good commentary, but then I've heard that about a lot of shows that I didn't think much of! And I became addicted.

Seeing part of the show again only increases my respect. One example: I remember a lot of the plot (certainly the major points), and yet it never got boring, even though I knew what was coming.

Just finished Dr Stone (anime). It's been a while since I watched an anime that hooked me from start to finish.

Noh watching Itawewon Class (K-drama) and 24 Japan (Japanese remake of the US TV series 24).

The Sinner returns next week.

Succession didn't hook me when it first appeared, but I've been wanting to give it a second, longer try.

I just finished season 1 of Big Little Lies on HBOMax. Debating whether to watch season 2, or to dive into season 8 of The Blacklist today which just showed up on Netflix today.

Probably going with The Blacklist.

The Blacklist is pretty great... Spader is a rock star, and the role seems to have been written for him.

Season 5 of 7 deadly sins, plus the new movie.

Maybe will start on squid game over the weekend, and since black widow has hit Disney+, that’s next on my watch list.

King of Queens.

Up to season 8. Never watched it when released. It certainly doesn't reinvent the wheel and I think if I'd watched it 20 odd years ago, I'd have been indifferent to it, but in today's world where everything is overly political and dramatic without any sense of fun... it's a blast!

I used to watch it in reruns after its initial run. It's great!

Jerry Stiller... heck yeah!

The King of Queens is a classic. The cast was awesome, and it was really an enjoyable show to watch (until the last few episodes of the final season when the story got a bit wonky).

Jerry Stiller made that show... his character was the perfect compliment to Kevin James, Leah Remini and the rest of the cast.

Jerry's wife, Anne Meara played Spence's mother, Veronica Ulchin, and their daughter Amy (Ben Stiller's older sister) played several roles, too. She was the video store clerk in one episode, the coffee shop employee in several, the mother of the annoying kid at the Mets game and other random roles, too.

Also, Gary Valentine, who plays Doug's cousin Danny is actually Kevin James' brother.

Yep! And both of them are standup comedians. I've seen their comedy specials.

Then add in Patton Oswalt who is still one of my favorite comedians. It was a delicious recipe of comedy!
