After seeing how the show runners of The Wheel of Time butchered the lore and story in the series compared to the books, it was a breath of fresh air to see that the show runners of Reacher followed the book Killing Floor as good as possible with minor changes due to it being in a different media.

Not seen The Wheel of Time. It's on my list, but not high up on the priority list. Reacher was excellent though.

I started “Our flag means death”, it’s funny but not hilarious. If you have nothing else to watch, it’s a good filler.

I’ve been watching also The Dropout, Halo and WeCrashed. I would also recommend these shows if you can’t find anything to watch.

Atlantic Crossing on PBS. Streamable from their website. The Norwegian Royal Family's escape and activities during WWII. I have now binged this series 2 times. The depictions of the Roosevelts and the Norwegian Royals captured the charisma of the individuals they were playing. Their escape from Norway, the war, all seem even more relevant now.

After watching episode 2 of Halo, it looks like this is going somewhere. It's slow, but I've enjoyed it. It looks like they're setting up the story arc and I hope they're not throwing too much into it. At this point it looks like it can be a very complex storyline one could get lost in.

So far I think Masterchief needs to improve, the whole helmet off / helmet on thing doesn't work for me. I like him more when he doesn't talk.

Late to party, as usual: watching Peacemaker, on HBO Max. On episode 6, I dig the humor, kinda over the gore but it’s James Gunn not being hobbled so…It’s fun seeing him flex again outside of Disney again. Reminds me of Super(2010).
Sidenote: is HBO Max the worst streaming app, ever? I can only compare it to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV+, so maybe there are worse ones, but holey moley is it bad. Freezes up so much. Hey, on the bright side, it can only get better, right?

Severance on ATV+ is a good watch. Dystopian and dark. Not much humor. Kinda like Cable Guy which was also a Ben Stiller effort. You expected it to be funny but it was “awkward funny”. On episode 6, and hey, Christopher Walken is here.

Also, a show I love so much is back! Wellington Paranormal, you should watch it! Very funny.

I'm eagerly awaiting a second season of 'White Lotus'. Very good and liked the surprising ending.
