Watching Only Murders In The Building, Hulu. Definitely binge worthy. Currently up to the episode performed in ASL and… wow, just wow. Gold. The writing, the acting, the physical comedy… the sheer talent behind this… There’s a scene in which Martin Short falls out of his chair and it’s so sublime because he’s just so good at it.
All of this in spite of the fact the episodes are interrupted with commercials. Massive props to all the people who worked on this show. It’s gold.

Started watching Outer Range on Prime. Only 2 episodes are available and I guess it's a weekly show. It's very good I have to say, very mysterious. Good acting too.

Finished my Stargate Universe rewatch. I also started Outer Range, as I've read it's the new "Supernatural". Well it is not. There is potential (a lot), but it's very different. So far, too much family drama, not enough mystery.

Also, the ending of episode 2...
Deja Vu... where have I seen this exact thing before? Guy "walks" through something, ends up in a parallel world that seems hostile, then "walks" back? Or was there some trailer/teaser a year or two ago and that's where I've seen it? The scene looked so familiar.

It got a little Yellowstone vibe but yeah another family drama with that actor that always play that kind of role (although I loved him in Banshee).

Let’s see the next episode, bet we’ll hear back from the wife. And who is that hippie?!

After watching WeCrashed & The Dropout, I just started Super Pumped. I like it although, the show’s got a frat boy spirit.

And who is that hippie?!
I bet Roy and her are both from the same place. They both can't remember their childhood. I guess both showed up out of nowhere and both are somehow drawn to the farm. Maybe they're related.

Another option is time travel is used. They have this reference to Kronos/Khronos/Chronos which is a personification of time. When Roy returned in the beginning for breakfast, it was already 10AM. It seemed like he skipped or lost track of time. So is the void/hole a time portal? At first I thought there's low gravity in the hole, but thinking about it again it could be that time is slowed down there.

He doesn't believe in god until later when he prays before dinner. He hates god as it seems, even blaming him. Kronos who was the youngest of the titans killed his father. A connection?

Time will tell (no pun intended). We're getting two episodes every week, so that's a plus.

Would like to make another prediction for Outer Range before this weeks episodes hit...

If the void/hole is actually a time portal, what if what we've seen so far is actually the future? I'd have to recheck if people are older or younger, but my guess would be two years after Roy actually died, they sold the farm and so on. Does that mean he went through it before and that's why he can't remember his childhood? Could Autumn (the hippie girl) actually be Amy (the 9 year old girl)? She stated she didn't remember anything before the age of 9, so will Amy go into the void and return as Autumn?

I've started watching The Newsroom again. I'm shocked (but I shouldn't be) at how the topics of many of the episodes could just as easily be talking about today's current news. After all, this show is 10 years old now.

Yes, it's strongly liberal. The only thing missing from these episodes is any mention (so far at least) of Trump, or Jan 6.

New season of Better Call Saul starts tomorrow

One of the biggest questions entering the final season is what Kim's fate will be. While bad things can still happen to her, I think the producers could go against most expectations (fears) and not have her meet her demise.

The character isn't invulnerable, but she showed again last night she's no pushover, won't go down without a fight, and can have a mean streak of her own. Has been that way all along.

To me, Jimmy's demeanor when we see him in BB also supports this theory. She may not necessarily be in his life at that point, but it would be incongruous for him to lose his wife, and partner in crime, and not have the past affect him in some way, like we see with him in Gene Takovic guise.

Whatever happens, these guys are all at the top of their game, and it will be fun to watch it unfold.

Been enjoying a lot Super Pumped! Is it true the story of Uber and geofencing the app on Apple Campus to get it approved while still collecting user data??

Anyone familiar with the story?
