I've been binging on Glee since before Xmas.

As far as Downton goes, I thought that Series 6 was better than either Series 4 or 5, but was disappointed overall. I was especially disappointed by the final episode.

I agree, the end was anti-climatic, but that's an issue that I've had with Downton Abbey all along, there were quite a few storylines that just ended abruptly in a very simple and non-climatic premise without further consequences and people just moved on. I liked the first few seasons but once I realized that it's all just a silly soap opera on a grand scale it lost a lot of its appeal. Maggie Smith did a good job with keeping it somewhat interesting.

Next shows on my list are Daredevil, Oz, Justified.

Well, geez. Currently: iZombie is 1.99 an episode on Amazon prime, so that's going to wait. Flash, Arrow, Grimm, El Internado: Laguna Negra with the family. Portlandia season 3 when I'm alone.

My children have slowly started to graduate from the Masters of the Universe and Princess of Power series (read: He-Man, She-Ra) and Transformers: Rescue Bots for their "adventure" 'toon (at least until the new season starts), and have migrated up to the original series of Thundercats (which just got turned loose on Amazon Prime). The entire series is on Prime, which is a gem for me, because the show was cancelled in my area prior to the end of the series. So there was a good 20something episodes or more that we didn't see.

I found it cute that my daughter thought Mumm-Ra originally was Skeletor who changed into Hordak... now she calls him "mummy" who changes into "Mummy-Ra", and both are calling out all of the Thundercat's names during the show's intro.

I'm sorta keeping them away from the original run of Transformers, not just because Spike is a wuss, but because I'd also have to explain the messed up timeline, as well as explain the concepts of life and death yet; in the movie, a bunch of Autobots get killed (Optimus Prime being the biggest).

That being said, I can't wait for their Amazon Home Video or Netflix to bring back Spiderman and His Amazing Friends. Ever since I was 6, I've loved me some Firestar. :D

Man on the High Castle was pretty awesome!

House M.D. Every 6 months or so I rewatch the entire series for some reason.
It's rare to find a series that has good replay value

The girl who plays Dee is excellent, probably the best of them. Danny De Vito is at his best too.
As I recall practically all of them are essentially creators/writers of the show. And aside from basically all of them being close friends a couple of them are even married to each other.

mac(Rob McElhenney sp?) and dee(Kaitlin Olson) are married to each other with kids.
charlie(charlie day) and the waitress are married to each other.
dennis(glenn howerton) and frank(danny devito) are in an open realtionship... he he he.

We just watched the first episode of Billions. Not going on a binge watch but pretty intriguing, really liked it so far. We were curious about Daniel Lewis because his Sgt. Brody made a hefty impact and we weren't sure if that would cloud or distract from any other of his personifications - but it didn't. Good show!

Just finished Dead Like Me. Now I'm left with the same feeling I had after Freaks and Geeks, and Firefly. Another great show ended before its time.

A show that we loved and yes, they ended it to early.

Just finished season one of "Better call Saul". What a great show and man do I feel bad for the main character at the end of the season. His brother was a piece of work.

We did not watch Breaking Bad, so we were coming into this without any knowledge of what was going on prior to. We dug it and are now DVR'ing season two!

Billions, still not sure what to make of it after 4 episodes in. Started quite promising but lost some of it's spark / seems to drive into another direction than i expected. Cast is cool so will continue to watch for now.
