Space-Battleship-Yamato-2199-yamato2199overture-600x300.jpg

Funimation bought the rights and is showing all 26 episodes (Dub) of Space Battleship Yamoto 2199 (Star Blazers). Space Battleship Yamoto 2199 is a remake of the 1974 anime Star Blazers and I think it's one of the best video remakes I have seen (including TV / movies). Space Battleship Yamoto 2199 is a space opera where the Earth only has about a year before all life will be extinguish by a technically superior enemy alien empire.

Funimation shows a new episode every Wednesday.

Finished Stranger Things (loved it); right now watching Season 9 of Adventure Time--can't believe Season 10 will be the last :(

Also looking forward to new episodes of Mozart in the Jungle :)

I watched the first 3 seasons then got a bit bored with it.

I understand what you mean. It has kept me watching as I have wanted to see where they go with it. I did some research and found that the character of Ragnar Lothbrok was real as well as the invasion of Paris that he led. There are aspects like this that keep my interest.

Caught up on Blacklist after purchasing Season 5 in ATV store.

Waiting for High Castle Season 3.

Of course Grand Tour Season 2 will be watched ASAP.

No TV commercials are allowed in our house, so we watch using Prime, Netflix, Plex and ATV movies and TV shows.

Not really binging, but I'm watching Stranger Things Season 2 and American Gods (on Netflix Blu Ray). Stranger things is living up to the first season and I'm really liking it. The first 4 episodes of American Gods were good, if pretty heavy on the sex and sausage. Fuller is a very visual artist and I will be saddened that he won't be the show runner next season. I do enjoy his style.

Totally bummed about this, Kristin Chenoweth said she's very "iffy" about returning, not all the scripts for S2 are done, and now this has halted production. Even Gaiman (the author of the original - and highly recommended - source material) said, he couldn't help, he's working as showrunner for another adaptation (Good Omens).

View attachment 740892 Started with Season 1 Episode 1 of Vikings last month Now on Season 5, Episode 3 and at the point of waiting for the release of each episode.
I hear good things about Vikings so perhaps I will check it out.

I too can't wait for season 3 of The Man in the High Castle and hope it gets renewed for many more seasons. Commercials are a pain and I can't stand them. The good thing about being stationed in England is that I can't watch the shows as they air on TV so I have to find it somewhere else and they don't have commercials.

I thought American Gods was already set up for season 2? This isn't the case?

Still catching up on Arrow and the flash. Gives us something to do over the next couple of weeks!
If you're into the new season, do not forget that you will need to see the crossover event and access Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow, as well.

A very good sci-fi series that was filmed in Canada (I'm surprised I never saw it when it was airing).

If you enjoyed Farscape, you should enjoy this show (nothing beats Farscape though :) ).

If you have a Roku, it is on the free Roku channel in the TV section.

Note - Most reviews state that season one and most of two are excellent but that the show goes downhill from there. I would concur that season one has been excellent so far.

We just "binge watched" the CW's Arrowverse "Crisis On Earth X". Good scripts and acting and a great storyline kept between four different shows. Gotta love superheroes vs. Nazi's!
