Yes, I don’t think it will come earlier… march is good !im thinking march for macbook air m4 but would like to be surprised and have it earlier.
15.3 released today, lets see what the rest of the week brings.

Yeah bro thinks it’s this week…i dont think its coming this week
march!
Bro I can get delivered the MacBook Air today for 10$ or the 31 (oh pick it today at store)Apple Store shipping dates already revealed it. ☺️
There's basically no logical situation where M2 BTO dates are stuck while M3 moves forward. Not only that, M2 takes longer to ship than M3? It's February for sure.
I've observed this several times throughout the years and posted about it, whether it's MacBook Pro or MacBook Air. The dates are pretty much a dead giveaway.

So you thinking maybe Friday, February 10th for release based on what your seeing in BTO?That's normal. BTO dates are the indicator of what's happening at the assembly site in China.
Not before march dude, not before march…So you thinking maybe Friday, February 10th for release based on what your seeing in BTO?

MacBook Air M2 is almost 3 years old now, it's time to be replaced by the M3 one at only one year old !!Who knows what's going to happen. Given the number of new (but not earth-shattering) new releases (iPhone SE, iPad 11, iPad Air 7, M4 MBA etc) it could be that Apple are planning releases over a week or two around Easter as they did last year. Alternatively, if MBA sales have dried up (because everyone is waiting for the M4 model), they may chose to release it earlier.
Something is happening in mid-February. There is no reason for M2 BTO to take an additional week compared to M3. This suggests M2 orders are being deferred. My guess is M2 is being dropped and M4 launching week of Feb 10.
M2 BTO: Feb 11-13

Let's see what a weekend does to the delivery dates...
M2 BTO
Feb 11 - Feb 13 — Free
M3 BTO
Feb 6 - Feb 10 — Free
Somehow, the date for M3 is pushing forward, M2 is stuck. I don't believe it, Apple. 😄
Does that still indicate a release in the next week or so?Six days later and the ETA if ordered today is...
M2 BTO
Feb 11 - Feb 13 — Free
NoDoes that still indicate a release in the next week or so?

I noticed you said based on previous years that’s you’d looked into this always seems to be the case, with Apple orders getting pushed back just before an imminent announcementSometime in early to mid-February time frame by my guess. The evidence is fairly strong at this point. Dates do not get stuck like that unless Apple is deferring orders because M2 is being deleted.

Have you got some dates of previous years as examples? I’m in the market to finally upgrade my 2019 Pro for an M4 Air so quite excited for this release!
Since new devices are usally announced Monday to Thursday in a Press statement, we probaly wont have news this weekend. Factoring the one Week preorder Window in: Tuesday (4th Feb) next week would fit pretty good to the Feb 11 time frame... if i get @JPack correct on thatSometime in early to mid-February time frame by my guess.
