Just updated here in Blighty.. A little gift in the price drop of the base model too.

Top end model in total up=spec comes in at £8,928.

AND.. The 21 has now dropped spinning drives too!

At last! No redesign is disappointing but expected.
1080p camera - at last!
SSD all round - at last!
Better speakers and mic - at last!

Just need to decide whether to get one or a mac mini as a stopgap (although will need webcam and speakers).

On the new base 27 inch model, I do not seen an option for upgrading the storage beyond 256GB. Am I wrong?
