Will there ever be a new large iMac (Pro)?

On the new base 27 inch model, I do not seen an option for upgrading the storage beyond 256GB. Am I wrong?

Frankly I think the biggest feature is the 1080p camera...

So, here is something interesting. Does the Nano glass mean that XDR will get that option cheaper also?
Could this signal XDR coming down in price a bit?

Not gonna lie, today was very surprising and also shows how all leakers were wrong about it. Also, disappointed that there is no redesign but some things are a nice surprise. I haven't seen the nano thing yet but glossy displays are not for me so I might consider this but the price is a bit too much.

5700XT ok, but I wanted 6600 (maybe soon as BTO?)

Overall, it looks like a decent deal. I will wait for benchmarks and heat/noise reviews (especially with the 5700XT)

I think the noise could be a concern as, unless anyone knows different, it just looks like the same case as the previous iMac as only two thunderbolt ports compare to four on the iMac Pro and memory being user upgradable (as an aside its the same memory speed too). In two minds really. If it wasn't for the migration to Apple silicon I'd be hitting buy.

This consumer will cook itself in <3mins I bet, at full load. Apple mentions nothing about cooling, which means they have done nothing to change it.

They are using down clocked 10900Ks, which Intel say are 95w TDPs, but in reality are higher. Can't wait for reviews of the 10-core i9 and 5700 XT.
