Oh, it's definitely ready, that's for sure.

I also wonder if iMac sales have suffered as people wait rather than buy now in anticipation of new models. I mean I know a lot of Apple users likely have no clue about M1 but if sales slow enough they are sensitive about sales figures and would have known a slowdown would be likely.

This translates into new models sooner rather than later as every day wasted is another day of lower than usual/anticipated sales.

Loving my iMac 2020! Hoping we see new iMac's soon regardless, for those that have waited, and because I feel like the sooner we get the new iMac, the sooner we'll also get new external apple display's, which I could really use.

If Tuesday is just new iPad Pros, why even hold a video event? Just send out a Press Release and lift the review embargo so we can get some initial feedback on the 12.9" MiniLED display before we see it in person next time we are in an Apple Store.

Holding an event seems a waste of Apple's and our time.

Nothing wrong with the 2020 iMac if it suits your needs but given the event is confirmed and only a few days away it will be worth waiting before pulling the trigger. That buyers remorse is an awful thing when you realise you made a mistake and should have waited

It would be odd if Apple introduced a redesign on the low end model only. Launching with the top end shows the redesign in the best form for maximum impact.

Mark has very accurate track record and when he says not to expect anything big and at the same sentences says if iMacs are next it would be big then we now know its official
