I’m afraid it did not. A bit too strong and too “yeasty”, or is it “hoppy”?
Given that it is an IPA, most likely the hops. What a weird combo and I agree with
@Scepticalscribe this name would be more conducive to a beer style in the stout and/or porter style.
Had a rather clean and refreshing German beer this weekend, a "Bigburger Premium Pils". While I am not a big Pilsner guy, this one was actually really good and like I mentioned previously, it was clean and rather crisp. My favorite beer from this brewery, and actually one of my favorite beers period, is their "Kostritzer Scwarzbier".
Also took in a rather delightful DIPA from Stone Brewery that went by the name of "Inveitable Adventure Double IPA". Holy smokes, this was one tasty DIPA. It was really good.
