They’re easy to get around the corner here. Still no luck with the Korbinian.
Keep trying; you will relish this wonderful beverage when you finally succeed in laying hands on it.They’re easy to get around the corner here. Still no luck with the Korbinian.
I like - and can relate all too well to - that eloquent and expressive description of an enticing place that is far too "dangerously interesting".I've decided to get a friend a bigger birthday present (a bottle of barrel-aged Imperial Stout). While I was at it, I also got myself two barrel-aged presents (a Rusty Nail 2022 and a Koopa Gets Salty). The Rare Beer Cellar is dangerously interesting for people like us.
As did the pint of La Trappe beer I had tonight.A glass of Riesling from Germany seems like a good idea.
Wonderful. As did the pint of La Trappe beer I had tonight.
Isn't it just?Wine - like beer - is always better with a friend.![]()
Mulled wine sounds amazing. In Lower Saxony, the mulled wine season has begun. From tomorrow, I’ll probably have to drink a handful of stouts until Monday.![]()
Good luck and I look forward to reading your report.I’ve found another shop that stocks the legendary Korbinian. Maybe I’ll manage to pop in there next week. I’ll report back.
Looks and sounds delicious.Enjoying the last barrel-aged stout from my fridge. “Aged 36 months in Elijah Craig 19 Year & BLiS Maple bourbon barrels with salted caramel”, the brewery said. Chocolate toffee and notes of rum.
