Tuxera NTFS works for me.

Perian does work in QT player X for .avi files (I've tested an Xvid) and for mkv, you're proposed to install QT 7 (which goes flawlessly). So no issue here.

Hi, Mountain Lion is supported for the latest version of Sleipnir (3.5).
Please can this be added to this list of working apps.

So far the beta browser Sleipnir for mac doesn't work it crashes almost immediately after it is loaded
Growl 1.3 has some crashing issues as well

Has anyone tried out these programs/apps yet? I use these on a regular basis and it would really suck if they didn't work right away.


- Adobe Elements 10 Suite Photoshop & Premiere. (I don't have the money for the CS versions) These were not downloaded from the App Store, I bought these from the store on good old fashion DVD format.

- Bills App (from the App Store)

- Nocturne

- Handbrake

- Google Chrome YouTube Downloader Extension


And a few games:

- Real Racing 2
- LEGO Star Wars
- COD4
- Angry Birds Space
- Minecraft*
- Portal 2*


*These games were not downloaded from the App Store. Minecraft was via the internet, Portal 2 via Steam.

Dock Library not working. It's an older app that worked OK for me in Lion but is a no go in ML. Basically it allowed you to load different colors/styles of docks. If anyone knows of an alternative app/way to change the default dock in ML, I'd like to hear about it.

Anyone tried Thunderbird? Also, any further feedback on Garageband would be appreciated...I don't use it for edits, but have clients who create in it, so do use it from time to time....I can't believe Apple would allow it to slip through the upgrade without fixing the issues currently described though.


Thunderbird has been getting progressively more bug laden with each update, making me wonder if they are focusing more on the Windows platform these days...If the touted improvements to Applemail are correct, then I'd be happy enough to switch back to it, if it has the features I need....I don't want to be forced into using Outlook.

VPN clients

I can't get any VPN clients (tunnelblick, Viscocity) to work on ML. Tunnelblick will connect, but always no internet access. It's not my VPN provider as I can connect from my PC. Worked perfectly yesterday on Lion. Believe it is a DNS issue?

BetterTouchTool and Growl are working. I don't know about the rest.

By iSlayer widget do you mean iStats? I'm using iStats Pro and everything except the Processes works.
