well remember there is stuff behind the black banner, could they be hidding the new ipod video? doesn't make sense to only upgrade the nano. hell, why not every product on the apple lineup.
I still think the banner is a bit more concrete then the conjecture from other websites/analysts and rumors.szark said:Probably because the banner contains absolutely no new product information. Yes, it is a WWDC 2006 banner, and yes, it contains a graphic of the new Leopard DVD. The banner does not, however, contain any other new information.
Of course, the covered banners in the photo do indicate that something new is coming, so I suppose that's newsworthy.

ChickenSwartz said:The bike is a bit strange. Did someone ride their bike there to work on set-up? Wouldn't you park outside?
CoMpX said:Steve Jobs aid that OS X should last us about another 20 years. I don't think 11 is that close.

Of course, as Apple uses a different logo for the Core processors than any other PC manufacturer, the Core 2 logo shown there is just a guess...

It's a real banner. What are you implying?KingYaba said:Is it just me, or does that banner look cluttered? Almost too silly.
michaelrjohnson said:It's a real banner. What are you implying?
Oh.KingYaba said:I'm not saying it's a fake or anything. Just doesn't look "professional." Like someone just placed a ton of logos/icons/computers on there and somehow theres our banner.
Unspeaked said:So does this imply we'll get a ship date for 10.5?
Previously, it had been rumored that they'd simply show off 10.5, but now that there's an actual picture of the Install Disc on a banner, it may be a little closer to shipment...
Maybe September/October (which I believe was around the time Tiger shipped)?
