TiVo anyone? And a7 compatible?
shenan1982,
I'm still using v37 Beta_7 with the Tivo app and it works fine. This is with my 5S
TiVo anyone? And a7 compatible?
Just installed beta7 on my iPad Air, and DirecTV fired up with no problems.
Thank you n00neimp0rtant!
Where is 39 beta 7 located? I only see 39 beta 5.
Thanks!

So we can only install it manually?
At this point, I believe that is your only option.
Thx. That's actually the first time I've ever installed a deb file that way and I'm shocked at how simple it was.
Should I delete the deb file itself now or should I leave it there?
So once I do this can I airplay my tivo app to my Apple TV?
No, the purpose of this is to allow you to stream from a Tivo Roamio or a Tivo Premiere w\ Tivo Stream Device to your phone in\out of home. Tivo App does not play to Apple TV
I'm confused. I have a premiere with stream and I am able to stream out of home without any hacks per tivo's latest update. What I would like to do is to be able to display what's on my ipad via the tivo app to my Apple TV via mirroring.
IF you have a Stream and try to stream on a jailbroken iPhone\iPad you most certainly CANNOT without this tweak.
You're in a jailbreak forum. If you're not jailbroken this doesn't apply.
There's no way to airplay from the tivo app to your tivo.
I have a first gen ipad mini which is jailbroken. I have a tivo premiere with a stream downstairs and a tv with an Apple TV upstairs. What I would like to do is to be able to display mirrored content from my ipad tivo app via my Apple TV upstairs so that I can watch the content upstairs without another tivo box and fees. Any help is appreciated.
Unfortunately not possible.
That's too bad. I was under the impression that this was possible somehow maybe via a wire.
not really, no
Actually, upon further research, it seems that there was a jb hack called UnrestrictedPremium which did what I am wanting to do, but is not currently updated for iOS 7. I hope the developer is working on an update. This jb hack along with xCon should get me what I want to do.
No that's just screen mirroring.
Yes, but if I could mirror the Tivo app playing my content on the Apple TV, I'm essentially able to watch the shows from my Tivo on my Apple TV. Or am I missing something?
Mirroring will have dreadful lag and sound will be terrible (if any). It's not going to give you the desired experience. Why not just buy a TiVo mini?
I have a standard Premiere using OTA so I do not have the 4 tuners required for the mini. The mini also requires a monthly fee. I've played video via airplay and lag is not an issue. If / when UnrestrictedPremium is updated for iOS7 this is the route I will go.
