I have the 14.4 Beta 1 installed. No changes to the screen color and no fix for raised blacks.
With the invoice. As soon as they notify you that it's on their way, you see the invoice in the order and there's the series

Launch day 12PM.
Talked to two chat agents and a phone support agent. Was denied a replacement today. My phone has the green tinted grayscale issue. I sent in pictures of the phone in dark mode compared to a bunch of my other devices and they filed that under the “green glow” issue that a software fix is supposedly coming for. I doubt that the software fix for raised blacks will help it at all, but I guess I need to wait now until they earmark that issue as fixed before getting a new unit. I can always take it in to an Apple store if appointments every open up.

I really can’t understand if I have the raised black problem or notz

Yeah I need to look into it. I’m on the upgrade program so it’s slightly difficult. I don’t want to mess up my upgrade cycle or anything.
This is my issue. The grayscales just do not match across my devices now. Hasn’t been the case with any other phone I’ve had. (iPhone 4-11PM)
Purchased a 12PM for my mom and girlfriend as well and they do not have the issue. Yeah can however solve the issue by turning True Tone back on and shining a very cool/bright LED flashlight on the phone. Things clear up almost instantly.

Sorry to say this , but comparing a macbook display to iphone is not a valid argument in the eyes of the manufacturer. Next time compare like for like. Model for same model.
Yeah I figured as such. It was the only thing available to me when they asked for a photo. I can send them another though next week.
That being said they did acknowledge an issue. Just not one I was experiencing...
don’t know if anyone here has the phone like me. My screen is kinda green/blue tint, more blue when tilted and in the edges of the phone the green is very prominent, you can see in photos, left side of the screen and top of the screen at the edges of the notch can see the green glow mostly seen in grays

Look at the difference in warmth / yellowness between the 12 and the 11pro in this video..
Yes me too. Can see raised black with eyes but cannot catch it with camera.
Pitch black picture looks like this but not so strong only minimal, right?

Yeah. On 2min 52 seconds. Clearly noticeable. My main issue is green tint and and blacks.

It should be pitch black but the 12 Pro flickers green. If you raise the brightness to 100% it will be pitch black and then LEDs fully turn off ...
