Talked to two chat agents and a phone support agent. Was denied a replacement today. My phone has the green tinted grayscale issue. I sent in pictures of the phone in dark mode compared to a bunch of my other devices and they filed that under the “green glow” issue that a software fix is supposedly coming for. I doubt that the software fix for raised blacks will help it at all, but I guess I need to wait now until they earmark that issue as fixed before getting a new unit. I can always take it in to an Apple store if appointments every open up.

Sorry to say this , but comparing a macbook display to iphone is not a valid argument in the eyes of the manufacturer. Next time compare like for like. Model for same model.This is my issue. Purchased a 12PM for my mom and girlfriend as well and they do not have the issue. Yeah can however solve the issue by turning True Tone back on and shining a very cool/bright LED flashlight on the phone. Things clear up almost instantly.

Did you used a pure black photo for the screenshot or is this a grey picture?don’t know if anyone here has the phone like me. My screen is kinda green/blue tint, more blue when tilted and in the edges of the phone the green is very prominent, you can see in photos, left side of the screen and top of the screen at the edges of the notch can see the green glow mostly seen in grays

how you guys capture the glow at the lowest brightness? I have an xs, no way to catch what my eyes see in a pitch black room

Yeah. On 2min 52 seconds. Clearly noticeable. My main issue is green tint and and blacks.Look at the difference in warmth / yellowness between the 12 and the 11pro in this video..
