Haven’t picked it up yet. Ordered Tuesday the 19th, arrived at my post office on Wednesday the 20th, and I’ll pick it up today the 21st.
It’s replacing my launch day phone that had an overall green tint.
how can decode my build week? I don’t trust in that 3rd party websites that ask for your serial number

It was a new purchase. I returned my original launch day 12 PM last week for a refund.

Nope. It's highly unlikely Apple will release any update that addresses this.
With the green they could but like you mentioned they probably won’t until it’s on their radar $$$ or publicity wise.
This is my 3 iPhone 12 Pro Max that I change, last one and I will skip to iPhone 12S
14.4 does nothing, seems like apple release software updates just for the fun of it these days.
Opening closing apps stutter not fixed.
Green tint not fixed.
Grey colors looking yellow green not fixed.

Content creators who are developers and have downloaded the 14.4 RC confirm this update Will Not fix the green tint issue.
That's because it's not fully updated it. It takes time. The 4th digit is Letter F, which is 1st half of 2021. and the 5th digit signifies the week build. so 1 is Week 1.
