If your phone is lying face down and you turn it over, the screen comes up for a brief moment (around 10 secs). If your phone is lying face up and you lift it (position changes from horizontal to vertical), the same happens. When the phone is mounted vertically on the dock and screen asleep, nothing happens even if you move it around, unless you change the position from vertical to horizontal and back to vertical.Can anyone expand on how Raise to Wake works? and how it responds to when phone is being carried in purse or pocket? Just curious if the screen is going on all the time, and if it can tell when you take it out of a purse to look at vs the obvious raising it from laying flat on a table...
So, I believe, if the phone is in your pocket, it might light up for a brief period when you get up from your seat.
