Please tell me this happens with Quicktime as well.

Oh my, this is going to take some getting used to.
Even iOS has a multitasking panel..
If you minimize windows to the app icon, then you can only see them in Expose via the App-only Expose view, which you can access by F10 or clicking and holding on the app icon.
and when you open apps they now "zoom" in from the middle of the screen. anybody noticed that?
I only notice that in Safari.
Actually it happens for a number of apps - Safari, TextEdit, Disk Utility, AirPort Utility, etc... It also happens for numerous dialogs - the File/Open dialog in those apps, the Empty Trash confirmation dialog, etc. Very likely intended to (eventually) be system-wide - probably when they implement the final GUI in the final beta(s).
Tried it out - I have a fast SSD, and opening apps is almost instantaneous, so I almost don't notice it. But iTunes still takes a second or two, so I also turned the indicators back on.It's bringing the philosophy across that we should not care anymore if an application is running or not. Just like with iOS we should let the system take care of that.
That said, I still turned them back on.
looks like the only new one is Mt Fuji. might be new ones down more in nature.
Can any one please tell me if Lion FINALLY fixed Time Machine to so that the whole copies are not duplicated when it is changed - instead only the delta's are backed up???
Please check. This has made Time Machine completely useless for me and so many others who work with large (very large) files like data bases, or video files.
Thanks.
When connecting to a non-free public Wi-fi such as hotels, airport hotspots, a login webpage diaglog box appears. As soon as you login, it fades away to the background.
I did not launch Safari, just selected the wifi network.
HomeSync? Homefolder sync on the way
Don´t know if this is a new feature but if you press and hold alt and then space to get a quicklook of a file, osx will open the quicklook window in fullscreen.
New terminal themes and background blur!
I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but I discovered a new blur function for terminal windows. It looks great! It is on by default with the new "Silver Aerogel" theme, but you can add it to others as well as control blur intensity on inactive windows. The other new themes are "Man Page" and "Solid Colors".
Oh yeah, and you can also pick custom ANSI colors. I love terminal updates
What I don't get is it's cool, they removed the lights under running apps. But if I don't quit it, I still see it my dock, and it gets bloated pretty fast! I mostly want my shortcuts in my dock and my 2-3 running apps, not you?
does Apple wants to only have running apps in the dock and people go through the Launchpad everytime? I don't think so cause when you download an app with the Mac app store, it places a shortcut in the dock, so...
Thoughts? What's apple mentality with the dock in Lion?
