It works that way for me on Lion.

Really? Because here if i'm at my Downloads folder and then "press the red button on the top left" and then click on the Finder icon it will open my default folder...
well, i have misunderstood... I mean when you reboot the os, the Finder resumes the last opened windows, if any.
When you "press the red button on the top left", you definitely close a window and there is nothing to resume for the Finder. That's the regular behavior.
However you can't "close the Finder".
You can close a Finder window, you can switch from the Finder to an other app , you can reopen the Finder alt-clicking the icon on the dock, but the Finder is always opened.

Question, does the Notepad app show a drop down menu when you put UPS/FedEx/USPS tracking codes into it? Kinda like it does on the iPad/iPhone? I know it works in email, just wondering if they brought it to the Notepad.
The bluetooth seems broken on my MBA 13'' 2011 with DP4.

Has scrolling in Launchpad gotten choppy in DP4 for anyone else? I have been using it through Lion and the previous Mountain Lion previews and never had choppiness. Running on a Mid '07 iMac here with ATi 2600 Pro.
Just noticed that Facebook sharing isn't even enabled for me, too. No buttons or anything. Does anyone else have this issue?
