This is now happening every time I leave the lid closed overnight. I am extremely disappointed that I have no recourse at this point except to sell the machine at a loss. :(

If it’s that frequent I don’t see why you feel you can’t take it in to have them look at it. That’s not acceptable by any means (none of them are) but that frequent is beyond egregious.

I’m flying to Frankfurt today and just checked recent few pages to see if the problem got patched somehow. Sorry to hear you are still having problems, but glad that you are sharing the information.
I’ll stay away from buying a new Mac today :)

So far my MBP only crashes when peripherals are left plugged in overnight. I've got the LG 27" Ultra Display monitor and as I stated, a breakout USB 2 device for a mouse, keyboard and Apogee One. If I unplug everything at night before sleeping it seems not to crash. This is tedious and not optimal so hopefully, they work it out.

I have this with my Macbook Pro mid 2014 and LG 27" Ultra all the time (latest Mojave)

I’ve already tried a fresh install of Mojave but I’ll give apple support a call and see what they say.

Both. Sleep more common. Plenty of audio and video. YouTube iTunes Adobe suite, now Final Cut.
Mine is almost 3 weeks old with everyday use (got it on Oct 1st, although Coconut Battery says it was assembled on Sept 10th... but my BridgeOS firmware is 16P375, which I believe it's more recent than Sept 10th, so maybe they reinstalled firmwares on factory at the last minute). I got it with 10.13.6 but without the SU2 installed. I installed SU2.

I have been using it everyday since Oct 1st.
I also listen to music (Vox player and Youtube, but no iTunes) quite frequently.
I have FileVault turned on. Lots of data written into the SSD (587GB free out of the 1TB SSD).

But, some differences to your use are:

-My MBP never sleeps (because I'm used to shutdown).
-I don't have the Intel power gadget installed (which was another of your questions).
[doublepost=1540029952][/doublepost]
It's a very good symptom that they updated the firmware from beta to beta: This shows they are working at it.
Do you have Hey Siri turned off?

KPs stopped for me since I turned off Siri (few days ago). With Siri and Youtube (in backgroud or freground) it would crash ~ 2x per day.

(now my MBP is 45 days old according to Coconut Battery, and no KPs yet). Answering your question, I don't like Siri, disabling it is one of the first things I do in all my devices, so, no, Siri has never run in my 2018 MBP. But I do use Youtube (through Safari) quite frequently (not everyday, but quite frequently anyway).

Updated to Open Beta 5. T2 firmware was yet again updated and now has version 16P51063a (was 16P51061a). I haven't got any KP for over 2 weeks now, my last one was on OB3. I am using mbp for work (intellij, browsers), watch youtube/twitch a lot and often connect an external display, usb ethernet, usb soundcard and rarely restart the system.

After seemingly being free of the nearly constant kernel panics for over a month I'm seeing a completely different one almost every night now.

userspace panic: remoted connection watchdog expired, 9061 successful replies, last successful checkin 320 seconds ago

BridgeOS 3.0 (16P375)
MacOS 10.14.0 (18A391)

Doesn't seem to be very common or is otherwise relatively new as watchdogd and "remoted connection watchdog expired" brings up a whole one result anywhere on google:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8578275

Each time this one has occurred the machine was running but essentially idle with the display sleeping. Only thing out of the usual I've noticed is recently I see the odd rendering issue where part of the screen flashes black or artifacts with static over a small area very briefly which is mildly concerning.

I was going to buy the Xs Max but after having such a bad experience with apple I just bought a Note 9 after having almost every iPhone...
I hope more people will vote with their wallets since monopolistic apple doesn't seem to care about their users (at least they don't care enough to help me).

After i wake up from sleep my mbp, i get the message that i have to enter my password to enable touchID
This mean, i had KP?

EDIT: it seems that if you don't use your toudhID for 48h, you have to enter the password to re-enable it

You can simply check by System Report in 'Console' app on your Mac.

this thread is almost dead now...
What happened ?
Did anyone got his replaced and it didn't happen again ? or everyone just lives with it ?
I honestly don't know what to do...

do any of you work exclusively on windows with the mac ? can someone confirm the mac crashes as well when running windows ?

I don’t think I personally have it. I have had my MBP for a month and half now. The only issue I have is flickering pixels when watching YouTube on Safari. Not a single issue when I watch YouTube on Chrome.

I haven't had any for awhile now ... 2018 13" MB Pro / Mojave. The most recent thing I did: Removed all 3rd party extensions in /Library/Extensions and re-installed the ones that I needed. I had a few in there from old TM Backups. No clue if this helped or not but like I said, no KPs since doing this ...

ETA: I shouldn't have said anything ... just got another one.

Was gonna write than it will happen to you again.
While it is really hard to debug we do know it is 100% user software independent (hardware / firmware is causing it) so it was just a matter of time until it would happen again on an affected machine.

It is an known issue with safari video glitch in full screen and poping sound when jumping through video timeline
Apple is working on the fix. Probably next update

This is truly a sad state of affairs.

It's now been nearly a year since the release of the of the iMac Pro when these T2 chip Bridge OS crashes started happening. Rather than taking the conservative approach of fixing the issue first before expanding the T2 chip to the rest of the product line, in July Apple proceeded to release new MacBook Pros with the same chip and the same issues (as well as additional major issues with thermals/throttling, and with a condom added to the flawed-design keyboard). Now here we are on the eve of Apple's Fall event where they will likely release new Macs, possibly both desktop and portable, and I'd bet dollars to donuts that the new Macs will have the same T2 chip, and the same Bridge OS crashes.

Actually, it would be more of a problem for us iMac Pro and MacBook Pro sufferers, ahem! owners, if the new Macs do have the T2 chip, but don't suffer from the Bridge OS crashes. That would indicate the problem is in fact at the hardware level, as some users have speculated, and that it took a silicon revision to correct it.

My experience with my iMac Pro (still have it, but planning to sell it) and MacBook Pros (returned both a 2018 13" and a 2018 15") and the T2 chip Bridge OS crashes has literally driven me back to the world of Hackintoshes. I'm an experienced PC builder, and built some Hackintoshes years ago. It was a huge PITA back then, and after a while I decided my time is more valuable and I've been buying real Macs ever since. Now, the Hackintosh scene is thriving, hardware compatibility is vastly improved, and when setup right a Hackintosh is rock solid and will blow a real Mac out of the water, and for a fraction of the price. If anyone is thinking about dipping their toes in, give it a try. I built one to replace my work iMac 5K, and am working on a second one to replace the iMac Pro at home.

Apple appears to be completely and utterly blinded by the success of the iPhone. The major success of the iPhone literally wouldn't be possible without the Mac; you cannot develop iOS apps without a Mac (yet?). Despite insisting that their goal is to build great products, Apple's actions of late paint a far different picture. Their number one goal appears to be profit. Any product that can't sell hundreds of millions of units a year is either neglected and left on the vine to whither (MacBook Air, Mac Pro, Mac mini, iPad mini) released with show stopping flaws in form factors that no one asked for (iMac Pro, 2018 MacBook Pro) or simply discontinued (Airport, iPhone SE iPhoto print products). Then there are products and features that get severely delayed (AirPods, HomePod, Messages in the Cloud, Group FaceTime) or simply never see the light of day (AirPower).

Apple is literally the richest, most valuable, and possibly most powerful entity ever to exist in recorded history. The resources at its disposal outweigh those of most countries. But I can't connect a $700 monitor, that Apple recommends and sells, to a $5,000 Apple computer, without it crashing. Apple sells a $1,500 iPhone that you can't plug into your $3,000 MacBook Pro without buying an extra $19 cable. I fear that Apple's current priorities and their refusal to build products that customers actually want will result in their demise being a classic example of "slowly at first, then all at once." I hope I'm wrong.

I have been experiencing KPs since the purchase and there're still KPs even with Mojave.
Apple engineers have replaced the logic board even after that there are KPs.
I don't know what to do any suggestions ?

i think they're going to have to make a recall - my 2018 doesn't have a bridge OS error... but screen flickers when using calibrated profiles.
