I can't complete my order because Apple isn't recognizing my T-Mobile account as active (no clue why). And I don't wan't to go through the T-Mobile site directly because they are asking for a $200 down payment... Might have to brave in store on launch day and hope for the best?

For some reason Apple made me fill out my complete name, address, and phone number before I could place my order. I even placed a test order yesterday to make sure everything would go smoothly, Still got launch day delivery, but it worried me for a second. What's the point of having a saved shipping address, Apple?

They completely messed my order up. I specifically stated pickup at Apple store and selected a time . Yet now my order confirmation is showing as delivery. WTF

Congratulations. Got in right at 7 am local and was out before a minute got confirmation of my 1TB space black Pro Max at 7:01. We will be on same flight together let the party begin LOL. Very smooth this year and refreshing got me in started at a minute too got the almost there on ipad and iphone and seconds later at 7 precisely went right to my setup preorder boom.

My iPad got in through the app before anything else. I only closed and re-opened a few times on there. My phone never got through, and my laptop didn't refresh until almost 10 past. Luckily got the spec I wanted!

I was thinking of in-store pick up, but due to the nature of my job, I wouldn't be able to pick it up until possibly at the end of the day, around 5pm or so....so went with the traditional UPS/FedEx home delivery option....

99% chance it won’t be early… a few may get through. But Apple puts a lock on them through UPS not to deliver till Friday

Apple online store only loaded on the iPad at 10.05pm Australian time. iPhone and MBA won't load at all.

Ordered 14 Pro Max 128 GB, one deep purple, one space black for pick up 8am 16 Sept!

Had the same issue. Recommend just buying the phone outright as I did and trying to work with T-mobile or Apple afterwards explaining that you missed out on the deal because of an issue with the website.
