App said delivers 9/16 but email says delivers 9/23. Boooooooo!

Same. Didn't show 9/23 or "delivery by postal service" until after I clicked "place order."

Store also didn't come online until 8:15 am for me.

Bad experience.

This happened to me years ago and I was able to call Apple and they updated my address. There might be a wait since today is the pre-order day. I'd just bite the bullet and wait it out today.

Got in and got 2 14PM 256, Silver for me Purple for the wife..both on launch date... also grabbed the new Airpods Pro.

Very real possibility you’ll still get it on launch day. They tend to under-promise and over-deliver with shipping dates.

That's why I'm leaving my order alone and just cross my fingers that the date improves.

I was able to get the iPhone 14 Pro Max Deep Purple 512Gb next Friday.
Then in a separate order I got the new AirPods Pro with the 23rd delivery date, right before a vacation trip woo! 😁

Purple PM now has slipped to the 3rd to the 10th delivery only no store pick up in my area

So I got the scare of my life. After my order was in,I received that it was to the wrong address. My old home. It was not easy but I was able to get it deleted and reorder for the Apple store. It still comes on opening day, but 2 and a half hours after my Apple Watch. I will happily take it!

No issues, store came up about 30 seconds in after :00. Both preorders completed and with :01 confirmation emails, obviously 9/16 delivery, Easy Peasy.

I kept refreshing but it still took a couple of minutes, or at least it seemed that way, to get the store app to let me in. However, I got the Pro in silver for a 9/16 date.

My husband and I are in the same house and sometimes one of us gets in and the other is locked out for several minutes. Today it was my turn to be locked out but I finally got my order in.

Same! My husband was easy breezy checked out in 1 min. I had to wait! Mine slipped. His is launch day. Needlesstosay I’m mad at him haha

Interesting, I just got charged for the phone. I thought you only get charged once the phone is scanned in their system stateside? Doesn't matter either way I suppose

Alright... That was the most frustrating I've had a pre-order be in a long time. Got the 'finishing touches' for a while, and when I finally got in (had to REBOOT my phone) it was SLOW. Every step was met with loading circles and delays, then the T-Mobile EIP completely did not work at all (told me my phone # is inactive????). By the time I dealt with all this I had long since lost a launch day window. Finally got an order in and it gave me a Sep 28-30 window, but right after that order went in the site said Oct 3-10, so I have a bad feeling my order will actually be pushed into that window. Made ANOTHER order for pickup on Sunday 9/18 in Honolulu, which is on another island and will require a flight, but it's a cheap and fast flight.

Really horrible experience, partially Apple's fault and partially T-Mobile's fault.
