So many of you got your orders in at 5:01-5:03 how did ya'll get into the Apple app store? I was still refreshing it.

I kept quitting and reopening the app. I think that forces the updates to show faster (from my mobile QA days)

Why doesn’t my air pods show on my order status ?

My girlfriend's aren't showing up either. Apple is just a little busy right now. They'll show up.

Weird, ordered 14 Pro Purple first, got postal delivery on the 23rd
3 min later ordered 14 PM Space Black and got 16th via standard delivery

Purple Pro still available for 16th locally and on the website

Same 9/23 postal service experience here as well. Ordered a Black 256GB Pro at 8:10 the moment the site loaded for me, it said 9/16 on the last screen (I took screenshots as well) and then when the order processed it now says 9/23 delivery by postal service. Same thing in an email I received. Quite disappointing if this holds true and I get it in 2 weeks despite apple.com saying delivery or pickup by 9/16 right now on the site still.

Very identical experience here. Order finished at 8:06. I wonder (hope) it's just a glitch in the system assigning "postal service" instead of the usual "standard delivery", and the week delay. I mean the model I ordered was still showing 9/16 delivery by "standard delivery" at 8:44 am.

Placed order at 7:02 on iPad Apple Store App. 14 Pro 128GB Space Black AT&T. Delivery on or by Sept. 16th. Whole process took less than 2 minutes. Best experience to date with preordering an Apple product.

Nope. Can't blame the phone. Especially when buying another phone. That would indicate some other issues with the consumer.

I had no issues. I set my s*it up for this moment!!!!

Same here. Sounds as if she was using a computer. If so, the app is definitely the way to go.

Then it shows up at your house an hour later.

For me it always says it’s delivered and then arrives the next day, which is magically annoying.

Got mine for launch day but hubby’s SB 128 PM is 9/28-10/3. Had sooo much trouble this year.

Anyone having issues with TMobile in the US? Apple.com says my account is "not active". On the phone with TMobile and they seem to have no idea...

Store didn't open up for me until 5:10AM. Got my order in, but the phone delivers Sept 28 - Oct. 3. Got a 512GB Space Black iPhone 14 Pro Max.

So, for the first time in 11 years, I won’t work on launch day. I’ll be able to get my new phones all set up and ready to go just in time to test the new low light performance…

My daughter’s b-day gift of a Panic! at the Disco concert will be a prime way to test low light right off the bat.

Thanks! And you know it, next Friday. Only little hiccup I had was it tried to adjust my delivery address because I’m out of town and have location on.

I got in within about 5 minutes of force closing app and re-opening it and it randomly working. Sep 16th delivery date. But I wanted in store pickup and it let me pick at first and then didn’t allow me to use it once I tried to place the order, so guess I’m trying for UPS pickup if I don’t the postal service message. Mess.

But I’m very happy/grateful to have Sep 16th date and not to have postal office issues.

I overslept and woke up at 5:05AM… got app errors but still managed to get a 9/16 delivery date for 14 Pro Silver, 512GB 😄

I’m surprised Silver and Space Black were the first to slip shipping dates for 14 Pro. Also 14 Pro Max dates slipped so fast.
