I am trying to decide which storage option to go with. I have a 256 11 Pro max now and over the course of three years only used about 90 GB of space. I was thinking of bumping up to 512 but also feel like it might be too much.

I have a 256 Silver 14 Pro Max ready for pre-order but we shall see if I change storage lol.

Right, but after that, I remember seeing the loan on hold. So maybe when we upgrade on Friday, the same will happen and we won’t have to make payment #13.

Totally agree - no #13 payment. My 12th payment cleared on 8/23...so our 14s will deliver a week before that 13th payment would be due - and your new loan would really process this Friday, 9/9.

A couple years ago-I think it was the 12 cycle-there was a rash of UPS thefts of the returning iUP phones. Mine was one of them. Apple called me one day and asked if I returned it. I told them I had, and the credit immediately hit my account. Since then I have been very diligent with getting a physical receipt when I drop the phones with the return carrier.

That link doesn't work for me but have you tried going it through apple.com under the iphone section? Otherwise you may want to give apple a call or Verizon? I understand that this can be a frustrating process.

Unfortunately yes I already talked with Verizon and they confirmed I’m the account owner and there’s nothing on their end. Apple chat says it’s a Verizon problem.
So I guess no upgrade for me, argh

My scratching the head moment is the new shape of the Ultra and the fact that it doesn’t come in stainless steel. Even with my Veteran’s discount, I’m still having a problem with pushing the purchase button.
