Beautiful picture! I think I’ll be going for iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB, in deep purple for pre-order, BUT once it’s in my hands and I’m not feelin it for whatever reason there could be a color change in my 2 week window 😬
I’m sure it’ll be fine But I’m also going to do a pick up at my local Apple store instead of having it delivered so that way I can look at all the colors at once and make sure I made the right choice for me
Yeah it’s not Prince’s Purple Rain purple. It does remind me of eggplant purple. Almost black in some lights. I thought I would be bothered by that when I saw the leaked images. But I find I’m really appreciating it. I was thinking gold or silver as alternatives if I didn’t like it. But I like it.Deep Purple! It's dark! Thank me for not seeing dirty finger nails.
But what the heck are all the little silver flecks on it? I hope it’s not that scratched up already!

I have a 256GB 12 Pro Max and increasing my storage to 512GB due to the advanced camera and I know I will be taking more pictures. I rather have more storage than run out.

2 watches! I wish I was brave enough to order the Ultra. I did go "out of my comfort zone" and ordered the 45mm instead of the 41. If I can get used to that size, maybe I can upgrade later......
I’m definitely going out of my comfort zone. I have a S4 aluminum 44mm, so 49mm on the ultra is going to be bigger but fingers crossed it don’t look too big.

I tried to convert over to esim with my 13 pro max and T-mobile was a cluster F and never got it working correctly so I went with a physical SIM card now that I ordered a 14 PM I hoping they figured it out by now..

Once our orders move to process we should start seeing some movement to 'Preparing For Shipment' over the weekend. This usually happens Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon (PST time).
The iPhone 14 Movement...
Once this happens you should be able to get details on your phone and let the tracking begin!
Here are some notes to help track orders:
If your phone status has changed to "Shipped", you can view the invoice on the Apple site.
That invoice has the serial number on it.
Go to Apple.com, then pick the ORDERS page (the little "shopping bag" icon at the far right on the home page... go to your orders page). Now, login, find your iPhone order... and click on Print All Invoices to see your shiny new iPhone serial number.

According to UPS, The shipment has cleared import procedures in the receiving country.

However, we will all be traveling together from (Zhengzhou, China to Lousiville, Kentucky, USA) until we see the "Import Scan" in Louisville, Kentucky. Keep in mind some of us may be left behind in China. It happens every year. (It happened to be last year and the year before). Hopefully, this won't be the case this year. After all, goes well, we will be separated to our final destination, and from there expect a final "Departure Scan" to hit your destination airport.

I came here to let EVERYONE know I'd be ordering the new iPhone 14, as I just KNOW no one will be able to sleep at night until I do.
On a serious note, upgrading from an iPhone 12. I *really* wanted to try to justify the Pro to myself, as that Dynamic Island thing is pretty neat...but honestly, about the only thing I wanted was a faster phone and slightly better photos, as I've been pretty pleased w/the quality/performance of my 12. The 14 delivers that and quite a bit more, so I'm happy.
Slightly concerned about the eSIM thing, but there's a T-Mobile store just down the street, and being an IT guy I'm pretty persistent, so I'm confident any issues will be ironed out quickly.
