Something seems wrong with my order. On the Apple order page, status changed to "Shipped" a few hours ago and says "Arrives Sept. 16". I never received an email notification that it shipped. When I track using the tracking number, it says "Label Created" and "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". When i try to track by reference number using either the serial number or order number, I get "We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number". Any suggestions?

Woke up to emails from Apple with tracking numbers, for both my wife and my phones. Delivery day tomorrow and already out of KY.

Opinion: Apple should allow us to preorder our phones and ship them immediately instead of us waiting. I’ve never been so impatient in my life 🤣

I haven't heard anything either. I did just check my apple order status and it mentions that they'll be shipping the trade in kit soon.

Yeah that's what I'm confused about, usually they mention it in the order that it will be sent out.

I have nothing mentioning the trade-in kit. I was also part of the group who pre-ordered for in-store pickup but was automatically changed to shipping after checking out, so maybe that could be it

Just got Import Scan in Louisville...
I also received an email from Apple with the order status, they offered the option to Pre-Sign for delivery. Is that necessary? I haven't done that before.

Pre-Sign is not needed unless you don't intend to be around when UPS comes and you want them to leave your phone without signature.

It shows how much we love iPhone and we are very passionate about it. It brings us togther. If we are going to have a lower post count. It would not be as fun. Go beyond, Go iPhone.

Last year we also hit a remarkable milestone. Numbers don't lie.

Does it have an arrival date? I thought those were a Sept 23 thing.

Update! Same here! But I used reference tracking to find it. UPS says they will be here tomorrow. Apple Order page says processing.

Part of iUP, when do I hear anything about my trade-in kit? Usually I would've gotten it by now or at least received confirmation that it was shipping

My AppleCare+ email came in about 40min after the "Shipment is on the Way" e-mail. I got an Apple Email about "Trade-in kit" another 40 minutes after that.

My AirPods Pro are still in processing, but the delivery date is 9/23. I placed my order last Friday, but later in the day.
