Spent all this time getting the screen protector on it and deciding what case to keep. Now I’m ready to get it all set up now that it’s protected in case I drop it. Lol. Love that purple. 😊
What case is that?

I set it up as a transfer from my 13 ProMax and then restored from iCloud once AT&T activated my eSIM. The entire process took a few minutes. It was seamless and no issues. I then upgraded to the latest iOS on my 14 Pro Max.
never used cloud always used finder. I know they offered free iCloud but didn’t back up to it. Just backed up to finder again

Same. My delivery window was 10:15-12.

Now it says delivery by 7PM
Oddly... The UPS website and "Follow My Delivery" both state 11:30-1:30. UPS website for my phones still states "Delivery by 1:30p." But in the app - it states by 7pm. Additionally my Watch Series 8 (also out for delivery) says by 3:30p. I think UPS website and tracking is WILDLY delayed, out of date or just incorrect.

They just landed! Transferring the data over from one to the other now! I can definitely see a bit of a color shift more on the 14 Pro vs my 13 Pro if the tilt the screen a bit. I'll use it for a few days and if it bothers me enough Ill swap it out.

Its very noticeable on the transferring data screen where my 13P is very bright white at all angles but if you look at the 14P, it shifts to a bluish hue. I know some OLEDs can suffer from that. No worries, cant wait to start playing around with it!!

I've been delivered! The transfer process was wonky and had to be done a couple times before it took, but I expected that per the reports I've been seeing on this site and other Apple news/blogs. But all in all, so thrilled. It's like Christmas morning as a kid! It's been great sharing this with all of you

Sorry Darin - it'll eventually get there.
I know it my friend! Yours too. Logistics are a sticky business that is generally well orchestrated behind the scenes, but rarely is transparent to the end consumer. I feel like there would be a lot less frustration on our ends if the inner workings of UPS/FedEx and others for launches like this weren't so closely guarded. That said, everyone wants their own way to differentiate! And I'm sure Apple only complicates it for them!

We have ours and are setting them up. I did a perfect job getting the screen protector on my husband’s but mine didn’t turn out well so I have to order another packet.

I’ll be back later with photos.

I DO feel the pwm effect. Unfortunately. That’s okay I will do my web surfing on my LCD phones. I wasn’t trading those away anyway.

This is random but I am with AT&T I already converted to esim on my current 11 pro max. Is the set up on my 14 pro max gonna be a pain in the a**? Well hopefully the folks at apple can help if it is.
I had converted to esim on my 12. After the phone to phone transfer and the 16.0.1 update, the esim was activated on my 14.

They let you print a delivery release and sign it and put it on your door For free.
This is what I did. Don't want to risk my last year experience where neither me nor my dog heard any knock at the door - which is super unusual as my dog is a mega hyper alert German Shorthaired Pointer. I eventually noticed the attempted delivery notice on my door. Was a sad moment.
