You have 14 days from receipt or pick up to exchange for another 14 pro max I would see what Apple support can do to replace it

My 14PM will be delivered a little earlier than expected, so there is a chance it will arrive before this thread reaches page 1000!
I just checked on mine and highly doubt it’ll arrive today since this was the last entry:

Finally some movement with 9/23 delivery

GM all, haven’t traded up since 12 PM , waiting for the 14 PM right now, had a delivery date of October 3rd-10th now it’s moved up to Monday, September 26th. Which is a pleasant surprise this morning. Wonder if it’s possible for the delivery date to move up to the 23rd?
Update: still shows arrived at facility in China 5:30 pm their time.
Apples site says delivery September 28th but UPS says September 26th. All in all still better than the prior 10.3-10.10 delivery date. Don’t know if tracking is delayed or behind but there hasn’t been any more movement, hopefully tomorrow.

UPS - quite odd and inconsistent scanning/tracking
After being told by a UPS representative yesterday my 14PM arrived in Louisville then left for shipping to my destination - every time I checked UPS MyChoice or Apple Track My Shipment the shipping record was incomplete. I plan on calling UPS after 8 AM to figure out where it actually is.
Oddity - Just noticed scan for arrival in Incheon appeared so perhaps their systems are slowly beginning to catch up?

Let us know what they say. My tracking is exactly the same. It’s possible they went ahead and sent the manifest to Louisville for our iPhones. That way going thru customs is faster? 🤷♂️
My tracking is the same as well. My UPS Thursday delivery also got bumped back to Friday. I feel like if our iPhones were in KY it wouldn’t take 4 days to get to us. Curious what you hear from UPS.
Reached technical support - they said my package will arrive tomorrow between 130 pm to 530 pm. The shipment arrived in Louisville and departed.
UPS is NOT ABLE to tell me exactly where the package is.

Mine finally updated to arrived in Korea. Delivery date pushed to Friday 9/23.
Exactly the same with me. I’m going to try calling UPS to see if they can confirm if scans are delayed.
According to UPS it will - between Louisville and Denver/Cheyenne. UPS was unable to tell me where it actually is.
So aggravating - the lateness of the scans and lack of tracking info.Hubby’s phone also finally made it out of China!
I just called UPS who had to transfer me to international shipping and they told me the scans were current. My package was "on the way" and in Korea which is exactly what my tracking shows. So who knows?? She also confirmed Friday delivery. Basically told me everything that the tracking info shows.
As annoyed as I am of it getting bumped from Thursday to Friday it's still better than 9/28-10/3!
If I see it properly we should be leaving Korea for Anchorage in about 9 hours.
This is a total first world problem. Thursday or Friday beats the original dates for sure.
