Verizon malfunctioned. As a potential customer, crappier customer service I cannot recall.Verizon payment system malfunctioned with my Apple Pay and I had to pay and my order won’t ship at the earliest tomorrow. So much for preordering at 5am on preorder day.
I called them and the rep said they couldn’t do anything until 24 hrs went by after I paid with my card. I asked them if my watches would get pushed back and he said it was likely due to inventory in their warehouse would have to be checked. Lots of folks are saying at this point we should receive watches tomorrow and the scans might not be timely. So, keep hope alive!No pickup scan as yet, but at least I have a tracking number . I might not get it tomorrow. So now I have a new band coming and no watch lol.

I would do this as well! Except Verizon is giving me much more for my trade-in, and I only have to wait until Monday...So I cancelled my pre-order, turns out there was in-store pickup today!
