Is there qualifying today, or a another sprint race, or are they all done?

During a Sprint Weekend, FP2 is not run. Instead, there is a Sprint Qualifying to set the grid for the Sprint Shootout, which is then run later in the day.

So Sprint Qualifying was about four hours ago and the Sprint Shootout is now currently underway (Lap 6 of 17).

Max and George really spicing things up. George definitely got under Max's skin. Will be interesting tomorrow. Will Max be retaliatory and loose focus, or simply drive away?

Interesting to see Max losing his cool with George in parc ferme in front of the cameras and suggesting next time he’ll not leave space for George. Shows passion and the ultimate desire to win they say. It doesn’t bother me but why do other drivers get labelled as moaners for much less? The tribal hypocrisy of modern Formula One I suppose.

Because Max is a hypocrite. Max has plenty of instances where he races with "either you yield or we crash" attitude. It's kinda rich that Max is crying.

He simply got back what he has done to others.

Uneventful race.

RB19/Honda once again untouchable. Might be interesting to see how close Ferrari can be in Miami. Much tighter circuit that really should not be on the schedule IMO.

Wishing there were more contenders up front, but won't deny loving Honda Power P1 and P2 again. ;)

Ferrari seemed to be best in the low-to-medium speed sections of the track so Miami might very well favor them.

And whomever was in charge of controlling personnel in the pit lane needs to have their arse handed to them for their absolute failure at the checkered flag in allowing photographers and garage crews to flood pit lane while there was still a car that needed to pit and was coming in hot.

Not the best GP. RBR drove off into the distance. DRS made LeClerc a sitting duck.
Sadly Mercedes didn’t have enough straight line speed to bother Ferrari.

Impressive amount of wall rubbing from just about everyone.

At least RBR let their boys race, and the nice bloke won. Would love to see Perez go all the way this year.

I watched the sprint race from Saturday to see what all the fuss with Russel was, saw it wasn't really anything and Max over reacted as usual.
Watching the race now and am split on it being a chop chop train and exciting. But a 2 KM straight and Red Bulls is no contest, what have they done to it this year?

Alonso was again my exciting driver! Throwing that Aston around battling the Ferrari's great stuff.

Very dangerous and reckless behaviour in the pit lane entrance on the last lap. Ocon went to pit and there were a load of photographers stood right across the entrance! I hope they are reprimanded for that, race is not over till it's over.

Very dangerous:

Anybody else notice Horner was struggling to hide his disappointment in Checo having won the race? Repeatedly making the point Checo was lucky with the safety car. Seems odd considering one of his drivers had just won and he often assures us both drivers are equal at Red Bull. It’ll be interesting to see how the dynamic changes if Checo is closer to Max this season and both are fighting for the championship as there is clearly a favourite. I’d imagine the tantrums behind the scenes in debriefs are worse than some of the ones we get to see in front of the cameras.

Yup. Got to keep the man child happy. Can’t possibly make him think he isn’t the best.

I save myself all that these days and just watch the races. Don't bother with the interviews etc.
Be nice to see Checo win, he's certainly got the pace to match Max now. So long as the two of them don't mess it up and crash.

It was a fantastic race by Checo. Really good to see him keep it up for the entire race as last season it seems like he was falling asleep later on. Very well done.

Nice 1, 2 for Red Bull. And great to see Le Clerc doing well as well.

Max was unfortunate with the pit stop, but stuff happens and to be honest I don’t think he could have taken it from Checo anyway. Checo was on fire.
